Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- (i) 제 1 및 제 2 면을 갖는 중앙 제 1 전도성 기체 확산 기판;(ii) 제 1 촉매층의 제 1 면은 기체 확산 기판의 제 1 면과 접촉하고, 제 2 촉매층의 제 1 면은 기체 확산 기판의 제 2 면과 접촉하는, 각각 제 1 및 제 2 면을 갖는 제 1 및 제 2 촉매층;(iii) 제 1 전해질층의 제 1 면은 제 1 촉매층의 제 2 면과 접촉하고, 제 2 전해질층의 제 1 면은 제 2 촉매층의 제 2 면과 접촉하는, 각각 제 1 및 제 2 면을 갖는 제 1 및 제 2 전해질층;(iv) 제 3 촉매층의 제 1 면은 제 1 전해질층의 제 2 면과 접촉하고, 제 4 촉매층의 제 1 면은 제 2 전해질층의 제 2 면과 접촉하는, 각각 제 1 및 제 2 면을 갖는 제 3 및 제 4 촉매층; 및(v) 제 1 전류 수집수단의 제 1 면은 제 1 촉매층의 제 2 면과 접촉하고, 제 2 전류 수집수단의 제 1 면은 제 4 촉매층의 제 2 면과 접촉하는, 두께가 각각 400 ㎛ 미만이고, 각각 제 1 및 제 2 면을 갖는 제 1 및 제 2 다공성 전류 수집수단을포함하는 MEA.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중앙 기체 확산 기판이 평면형인 MEA.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중앙 기체 확산 기판이 관형인 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중앙 기체 확산 기판이 다공성 전도성 카본 구조체인 MEA.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다공성 전도성 카본 구조체가 강성 또는 비강성 섬유상 또는 입상 카본 구성요소인 MEA.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다공성 전도성 카본 구조체가 통합 기체 분배 수단을 갖는 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중앙 기체 확산 기판이 기판의 제 1 및 제 2 면에 하나 이상의 홈을 갖는 금속 또는 흑연 기판인 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중앙 기체 확산 기판이 리세스(recess)가 안에 형성되어 있는 2 개 이상의 다공성 전도성 층을 포함하는 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 촉매층이 모두 애노드 촉매층인 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 3 및 제 4 촉매층이 모두 캐소드 촉매층인 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 촉매층이 모두 캐소드 촉매층인 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 3 및 제 4 촉매층이 모두 애노드 촉매층인 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전류 수집수단이 전도성 금속선의 어레이, 그리드 또는 메쉬, 또는 금속 또는 전도성 비금속 발포체인 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전류 수집수단이 통상의 기체 확산 기판인 MEA.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 본원에 기재된 바와 같은 MEA.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 MEA가 도입된 연료 전지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 수소를 연료로하여 작동되는 연료 전지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 메탄올 또는 붕수소 나트륨 용액으로 작동되는 연료 전지.
