Claims (5)
- 밸브축이 삽입되는 밸브축용 구멍과, 상기 밸브축의 축선 방향과 직교하는 방향에서 대향하는 제1 및 제2 개구와, 상기 밸브축의 축선 방향으로 개구되는 제3 개구를 구비하고, 내부에 밸브실이 형성된 밸브체와,상기 밸브축이 끼워 맞춰지는 감합부와, 상기 밸브축의 축선 방향과 직교하는 방향에서 회전 방향으로 90° 이격되어 형성된 제1 및 제2 포트와, 상기 제3 개구에 대응하여 상기 밸브축의 축선 방향으로 형성된 제3 포트를 구비하고, 상기 밸브실 내에 제1 및 제2 시트 링을 통해 회동 가능하게 배치된 볼형의 밸브체를 포함하며,상기 밸브실의 내벽과 상기 밸브체의 외주면과 상기 제1 및 제2 시트 링의 사이에는 상기 제3 개구에 연통하는 연통로가 형성되고,상기 밸브체의 외주면에, 상기 제1 및 제2 포트가 중간 개방도로 있을 때에 상기 제1 및 제2 개구로부터 밸브 본체 내로 유입되는 유체의 일부를 상기 연통로를 경유하여 상기 제3 개구로 유도하는 제1 및 제2 바이패스 통로를 각각 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 3 방향 볼 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 바이패스 통로의 통로 단면적은, 제1 포트의 개방도가 O%에서 영이고, 0%부터 50%인 범위 내에서는 서서히 증가하고, 개방도가 50%를 넘으면 서서히 감소하여 100%에서 영으로 되고,상기 제2 바이패스 통로의 통로 단면적은, 제2 포트의 개방도가 0%에서 영이고, 0%부터 50%인 범위 내에서는 서서히 증가하고, 개방도가 50%를 넘으면 서서히 감소하여 100%에서 영이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3 방향 볼 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 바이패스 통로 중 어느 한쪽은, 밸브체의 외주면에 대향하여 배치된 한 쌍의 오목부로 이루어지고, 이들 오목부 사이에는 표면이 밸브 본체의 외주면과 동일한 곡률로 이루어지는 평면에서 보아 호형의 잔여부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3 방향 볼 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 바이패스 통로 중 어느 한쪽은 깊이가 일정한 오목부인 것을 특징으로 하는 3 방향 볼 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 바이패스 통로 중 어느 한쪽은 오목 구면형의 오목부인 것을 특징으로 하는 3 방향 볼 밸브.
