Description
Claims (11)
- 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 재료.<화학식 I>(식 중, X1은 하기 (a) 내지 (e)로 표시되는 2가의 기 중 어느 하나이고, Y1 내지 Y4는 각각 탄소 원자 또는 질소 원자이고, R1 내지 R4는 각각 수소, 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 복소환, 할로겐 원자, 플루오로알킬기 또는 시아노기이고, 또는 R1과 R2 및 R3과 R4는 각각 결합하여 치환 또는 비치환된 방향환, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 복소환을 형성함)(식 중, R5 내지 R7은 각각 수소, 플루오로알킬기, 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 복소환기이고, R6과 R7이 환을 형성할 수도 있음)
- 제1항에 있어서, 정공 주입 재료인 유기 전계 발광 소자용 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아세토니트릴 용액 중에서의 환원 전위가 -1.0 V(vs Fc+/Fc; 여기서 Fc는 페로센을 나타냄) 이하인 유기 전계 발광 소자용 재료.
- 양극과 음극과,상기 양극과 음극 사이에 발광층을 포함하는 한 층 또는 복수층의 유기 박막층을 갖고,상기 유기 박막층 중 적어도 한 층이 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 소자용 재료를 함유하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기 박막층이 양극측으로부터 정공 수송층, 발광층 및 전자 수송층을 이 순서대로 포함하는 적층체인 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 정공 수송층이 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자용 재료를 함유하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기 박막층이 양극측으로부터 정공 주입층, 정공 수송층, 발광층 및 전자 수송층을 이 순서대로 포함하는 적층체이고,상기 정공 주입층이 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자용 재료를 함유하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
