Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 연속 주조 플랜트의 특히 주조 흐름 보호 장치 및/또는 침지 주조 장치를 특히 가열하거나 보온하기 위한 버너 장치(1)로서, 특히 쉬라우드 관 또는 침지관을 수용할 수 있는 용기(5)를 포함하는 상기 버너 장치(1)에 있어서, 상기 용기(5)의 벽부(8)는 적어도 부분적으로 적어도 하나의 다공 버너(3)에 의해 형성되거나 다공 버너(3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공 버너는 다공 버너 세그먼트(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다공 버너의 다공 버너 세그먼트(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)는 축방향에서 볼 때 링 및/또는 열을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다공 버너는 다공 버너 세그먼트(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)로 구성되며, 다수의 세그먼트는 원주방향에서 볼 때 링 또는 열을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다공 버너의 다공 버너 세그먼트(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)는 원주방향에서 볼 때 6각형 또는 8각형으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장 치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기(5)는 바닥부(6) 및 덮개부(7)를 포함하며, 상기 바닥부(6) 및/또는 상기 덮개부(7)는 바람직하게는 바닥측 플레이트 및/또는 덮개측 플레이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기(5), 바람직하게는 상기 덮개부(7)는 배출 가스를 배출하기 위한 개구부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공 버너 세그먼트(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)는 각각 이송 라인(4)에 의해 특히 반경 방향에서 외부로부터 연료를 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이송 라인(4) 중 적어도 소수의 이송 라인은 공동의 공급 라인을 통해 연료를 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인은 링 모양으 로 형성되고, 이송 라인들과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 버너 장치를 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 원하는 가열 세기 내지 가열 출력에 따라 다공 버너 세그먼트(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)가 작동 개시되거나 작동 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 버너 장치를 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 다공 버너의 둘레에 적어도 교호적으로 분포되는 세그먼트(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)가 작동 개시되거나 작동 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 버너 장치를 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 다공 버너의 축방향에서 볼 때 다공 버너 세그먼트들의 링 또는 열로서 각각 인접하거나 멀리 이격되는 또 다른 링 또는 열 내에 배치되는 세그먼트(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)가 작동 개시되거나 작동 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 방법.
