Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 처리될 액체를 공간(12)에 유입시키는 단계;가스를 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)의 표면에 공급하고 상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)를 동작시킴으로써 상기 가스를 상기 액체에 유입시키면서, 상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)가 상기 액체에 작용하도록 하는 단계; 및적어도 하나의 음향 전력 트랜스듀서(26,28)에 의해서 음파를 상기 액체에 바로 유입시키는 것을 포함하는 액체를 처리하는 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 액체를 유입시키는 경우, 상기 공간(12)은 상기 액체로 완전히 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 음향 전력 트랜스듀서(26,28)는 압전소자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 음향 전력 트랜스듀서(26,28)는 다양한 주파수를 가지는 음파를 발산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 음파의 주파수는 400kH에서 1500kHz의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 음파의 주파수는 600kH에서 1200kHz의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 음향 전력 트랜스듀서(26,28)는 펄스 방법으로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)가 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)는 디스크 형태로 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가스는 상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17) 표면 중 가장 높은 유속을 갖는 영역에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액체는 상기 공간(12)을 통해 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)는 상기 음향 전력 트랜스듀서(28)의 상류 에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17) 및 상기 음파와의 처리 전에 상기 가스가 상기 액체로부터 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 음향 전력 트랜스듀서(26)는 상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)의 상류에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14 항에 있어서,상기 액체는 상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)와 상기 음향 전력 트랜스듀서(26)를 최대 10초의 시간간격을 가지고 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가스는 시스템에 액체 형태로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,물, 특히, 식수 또는 폐수의 처리를 위해서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17 항에 있어서,상기 가스는 오존과 같은 산화성을 갖는 적어도 하나의 가스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18 항에 있어서,상기 가스는 공급되기 전에 자외선으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액체로부터 세균을 제거하거나 박테리아, 바이러스, 단백질, 곰팡이 포자, 독소, 또는 내분비물을 교란시키는 물질을 파괴하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 공간(12);상기 공간(12)에 배치되는 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17);상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)의 표면의 바로 가까이에서 개방되는 출구를 갖는 가스 공급 수단; 및상기 공간(12)에 배치되며 상기 공간(12)으로 바로 음파를 방출하도록 배열되는 음향 전력 트랜스듀서(26,28)를 구비하는 선행 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실행하는 장치.
- 제21 항에 있어서,상기 공간(12)은 상기 기계적 캐비테이션 장치(17)의 영역에서 비 축 대칭 횡단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
