Abstract
충전제를 종이 중량당 회분으로서 15중량% 초과 40중량% 미만의 함유율로 함유시키면, 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지의 뒤비침 현상이 현저하게 개선된다. 특히 충전제로서 평균입경이 0.5∼5㎛이고 제타전위가 0㎷이상인 탄산칼슘을 종이 중량당 회분으로서 15중량% 초과 40중량% 미만의 함유율로 함유시키면, 뒤비침 현상이 개선될 뿐만 아니라, 인쇄기 블랭킷으로의 지분 퇴적도 적어지게 된다.

Claims (14)
- 충전제를 종이 중량당 회분으로서 15중량%초과 40중량%미만의 함유율로 함유하는 오프셋 신문용지로서, 분산제를 함유하지 않는 충전제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제로 탄산칼슘을 종이 중량당 회분으로서 15중량%초과, 40중량%미만의 함유율로 함유하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분산제를 함유하지 않은 충전제의 평균입경이 0.5~5㎛인 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분산제를 함유하지 않은 충전제의 제타전위가 0㎷이상인 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지 원지에 클리어 도공제를 도공한 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 신문용지가 탈묵펄프를 함유하는 것인 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분산제를 함유하지 않은 충전제가 제지공장 내에서 직접 제조된 것인 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지.
- 충전제를 종이중량당 회분으로서 15중량%초과, 40중량%미만의 함유율로 함유하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 분산제를 함유하지 않는 충전제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 충전제로서 탄산칼슘을 종이 중량당 회분으로서 15중량%를 초과, 40중량%미만의 함유율로 함유하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 분산제를 함유하지 않은 충전제의 평균입경이 0.5~5㎛인 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 분산제를 함유하지 않은 충전제의 제타전위가 0㎷ 이상인 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지 원지에 클리어 도공제를 도공하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문용지의 제조방법.
