Claims (9)
- 하나 이상의 스카우링 볼(scouring ball)을 유동-층 반응기의 기체 분배 그리드의 상부에 도입하는 단계; 및
상기 스카우링 볼의 존재하에 올레핀 중합을 수행하는 단계
를 포함하는, 기체 분배 그리드를 포함하는 유동-층 반응기에서 하나 이상의 올레핀을 중합하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
올레핀이 에틸렌을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
올레핀이 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C3-C10 α-올레핀을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
스카우링 볼이 실질적으로 구형인 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
2 개 이상의 스카우링 볼을 반응기에 도입하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 스카우링 볼이 상이한 형상, 상이한 크기, 또는 상이한 형상 및 크기를 갖는 방법. - 하나 이상의 스카우링 볼을 유동-층 반응기의 기체 분배 그리드의 상부에 도입하는 단계; 및
상기 스카우링 볼의 존재하에 올레핀 중합을 수행하는 단계
를 포함하는, 유동-층 반응기의 기체 분배 그리드상의 또는 주위의 중합체 응집 및/또는 축적을 방지하거나 감소시키는 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
스카우링 볼이 실질적으로 구형인 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
2 개 이상의 스카우링 볼을 반응기에 도입하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 스카우링 볼이 상이한 형상, 상이한 크기, 또는 상이한 형상 및 크기를 갖는 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
카우링 볼이 목재, 금속, 플라스틱, 세라믹 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 제조되는 방법.
