Claims (5)
- 전방 테두리 영역으로부터 후방 테두리 영역에 걸쳐 냉각 매체가 흐르는 복수의 냉각 유로를 구비한 블레이드체와,
상기 블레이드체의 정상부를 형성하고, 상면에 내열 코팅이 실시되어, 복수의 냉각 구멍을 구비한 천장판과,
상기 천장판에 블레이드 직경 방향 외측을 향하여 돌출되고, 블레이드 둘레 방향으로 부압면측 블레이드벽을 따라 전방 테두리 단부로부터 상기 후방 테두리 영역의 시단부까지 연장되어 형성되는 팁 시닝을,
구비하고 있는 터빈 동익. - 전방 테두리 영역으로부터 후방 테두리 영역에 걸쳐 냉각 매체가 흐르는 복수의 냉각 유로를 구비한 블레이드체와,
상기 블레이드체의 정상부를 형성하고, 상면에 내열 코팅이 실시되어, 복수의 냉각 구멍을 구비한 천장판과,
상기 천장판에 블레이드 직경 방향 외측을 향하여 돌출되고, 블레이드 둘레 방향으로 상기 후방 테두리 영역의 시단부로부터 부압면측 블레이드벽을 따라 전방 테두리 단부까지 형성되고, 또한 전방 테두리 단부로부터 가압면측 블레이드벽을 따라 상기 후방 테두리 영역의 시단부까지 연속적으로 연장되어 형성되는 팁 시닝을, 구비하고 있는 터빈 동익. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 천장판의 높이는, 내열 코팅의 마무리 높이의 편차를 고려하여, 적어도 소정치 만큼 상기 팁 시닝의 정상면의 높이보다 낮게 설정되어 있는, 터빈 동익.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전방 테두리 영역의 천장판의 높이는, 상기 후방 테두리 영역의 천장판의 높이보다도 낮아지도록 형성되고, 상기 전방 테두리 영역으로부터 상기 후방 테두리 영역을 향하여 상승 구배를 갖는 경사부가 형성되어 있는, 터빈 동익.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 냉각 구멍은, 상기 전방 테두리 영역의 팁 시닝 정상면 또는 상기 천장판의 상면에 복수열이 되도록 배치되고, 상기 후방 테두리 영역의 상기 천장판의 상면에는 단열이 되도록 배치되어 있는, 터빈 동익.
