Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 외이도 재생제를 이용한 외이도 재생 치료의 일례를 나타내는 도면이다. A. 진주종(cholesteatoma)을 제거한 창상부는 연부조직의 결손과 뼈 노출이 인정된다. B. 젤라틴 스펀지덩어리에 bFGF를 함침시키고, 창상부를 충분히 덮도록 bFGF 젤라틴 스펀지덩어리를 유치. C. 알긴산 또는 그의 염(혹은 피브린 풀)으로 고정. D. 처치 2주일 후. 표면에 남은 알긴산 또는 그의 염 등을 제거하면, 창상부가 완전하게 폐쇄되고, 정상조직에 가까운 상태로 재생이 이루어지고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
Claims (12)
- 염기성 섬유아세포 증식인자를 담지한 젤라틴 스펀지를 함유하고, 피복재료와 조합해서 이루어지는, 고막 또는 외이도 재생제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
피복재료가 피브린 풀 또는 수용성 고분자 다당류 혹은 그들의 유도체인, 재생제. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
수용성 고분자 다당류가 키틴, 키토산 또는 알긴산 혹은 그의 염인, 재생제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
고막 천공 또는 외이도 연부 조직 결손의 변연부가 신선화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생제. - 치료상 유효량의 염기성 섬유아세포 증식인자를 담지한 젤라틴 스펀지를, 고막 천공 또는 외이도 연부 조직 결손 환자의 고막 천공 또는 외이도 연부 조직 결손부에 유치하고, 피복재료로 피복하는 것을 포함하는 고막 또는 외이도의 재생방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
피복재료가 피브린 풀 또는 수용성 고분자 다당류 혹은 그들의 유도체인, 재생방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
수용성 고분자 다당류가 키틴, 키토산 또는 알긴산 혹은 그의 염인, 재생방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
고막 천공 또는 외이도 연부 조직 결손의 변연부를 미리 신선화시켜 두는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생방법. - 고막 또는 외이도 재생제를 제조하기 위한 피복재료 및 젤라틴 스펀지에 담지시킨 염기성 섬유아세포 증식인자의 사용.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
피복재료가 피브린 풀 또는 수용성 고분자 다당류 혹은 그들의 유도체인, 사용. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
수용성 고분자 다당류가 키틴, 키토산 또는 알긴산 혹은 그의 염인, 사용. - 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
고막 천공 또는 외이도 연부 조직 결손의 변연부가 신선화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용.
