Claims (6)
- 치료 레이저 빔(20')을 제공하는 제1 방사 공급원(20)과,
치료할 눈(10) 위로 치료 레이저 빔을 위치 제어식 및 시간 제어식으로 안내하는 제1 빔 안내 수단(24, 24', 26)과,
치료할 눈의 상을 기록하는 카메라(30)와,
눈의 움직임을 인지하기 위해 카메라의 상 데이터를 평가하는 평가 및 제어 유닛(C)과,
눈의 두께 치수 또는 깊이 치수, 특히 각막 두께를 측정하는 측정 장치로서, 측정 빔을 제공하는 제2 방사원과 측정 빔을 눈 상으로 지향시키는 제2 빔 안내 수단을 구비하는 광결합 간섭 측정 창치(34)를 포함하는,
안과 레이저 수술, 특히 굴절교정 레이저 수술 장치에 있어서,
상기 제2 빔 안내 수단은 측정 빔의 빔 위치를 변경시키기 위하여 적어도 하나의 움직일 수 있게 설치된 빔 안내 요소(42)를 포함하고,
상기 평가 및 제어 유닛(C)은 측정 빔의 위치가 눈의 움직임을 따라가는 방식으로 해서 등록된 눈의 움직임에 따라서 상기 빔 안내 요소를 제어할 수 있게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 수술 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 움직일 수 있게 설치된 빔 안내 요소(42)는 특히 부분 전송 편향 거울이고, 측정 빔은 상기 부분 전송 편향 거울로부터 나와서 눈(10)에 거울 상에서의 추가 편향이 없이 도달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 수술 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
편향 거울(42)은 적어도 하나의 경사축을 중심으로 해서 경사질 수 있게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 수술 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 편향 거울은 직선 방향으로 조정할 수 있게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 수술 장치. - 선행하는 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 평가 및 제어 유닛(C)은 등록된 눈의 움직임이 적어도 하나의 사전에 정해진 조건을 만족시킬 때에만 상기 빔 안내 요소(42)의 제어에 의해서 눈의 움직임에 대해 측정 빔을 추적하도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 수술 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
측정 빔을 추적하기 위한 미리 정해진 조건은, 눈이 기준 위치에 대해 적어도 미리 정해진 범위만큼 움직이는 것임을 특징으로 하는 레이저 수술 장치.
