도 4는 도 1의 일반 구조용 압연강의 처리 설비에서의 주요 구성 요소인, 쇼트 블라스트 장치의 확대 정면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 일반 구조용 압연강(壓延鋼)의 처리 방법으로서,
상기 압연강에 고압의 드라이 에어를 분사하여 상기 압연강에 부착된 부착물을 제거하는 공정과,
부착물을 제거한 상기 압연강을 소정 온도로 가열하는 공정과,
소정 온도로 가열한 상기 압연강을 쇼트 블라스트하는 공정과,
쇼트 블라스트한 상기 압연강에 드라이 에어를 분사하여 수분 및 염분 미립자를 제거하는 공정과,
수분 및 염분 미립자를 제거한 상기 압연강에 도료를 분무하는 공정과,
도료가 도포된 상기 압연강에 열풍을 분사하여 도료를 건조하는 공정을 포함하는, 일반 구조용 압연강의 처리 방법. - 일반 구조용 압연강의 처리 설비로서,
상기 압연강에 부착된 부착물을 제거하도록 고압의 드라이 에어를 상기 압연강에 분사하는 제 1 드라이 에어 분사 장치와,
부착물을 제거한 상기 압연강을 소정 온도로 가열하는 가열 장치와,
소정 온도로 가열한 상기 압연강을 쇼트 블라스트하는 쇼트 블라스트 장치와,
상기 압연강에 부착된 수분 및 염분 미립자를 제거하도록, 쇼트 블라스트한 상기 압연강에 드라이 에어를 분사하는 제 2 드라이 에어 분사 장치와,
수분 및 염분 미립자를 제거한 상기 압연강에 도료를 분무하는 도료 분무 장치와,
도료가 도포된 상기 압연강에 열풍을 분사하여 상기 압연강 상의 상기 도료를 건조하는 도료 건조 장치를 포함하는, 일반 구조용 압연강의 처리 설비. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 쇼트 블라스트 장치는, 상기 압연강의 이송 방향의 상류측으로부터 하류측으로, 수평면으로부터 45~60도 방향으로 투사재를 투사할 수 있는 투사재의 투사 수단을 포함하는, 일반 구조용 압연강의 처리 설비. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 드라이 에어 분사 장치는, 상기 압연강의 이송 방향의 하류측으로부터 상류측으로, 수평면으로부터 45~60도 방향으로 드라이 에어를 분사할 수 있는 드라이 에어 분사 노즐을 포함하는, 일반 구조용 압연강의 처리 설비. - 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압연강에 부착되었지만 고정 부착되지 않은 수분 및 미립자를 불어 떨어뜨린 압연강의 두께를 측정하는 두께 측정 장치를 더 포함하는, 일반 구조용 압연강의 처리 설비. - 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수분 및 미립자를 제거한 상기 압연강을 예열하는 예열 장치를 더 포함하는, 일반 구조용 압연강의 처리 설비.
