Claims (11)
- (a) 합성오일, 미네랄 오일 및 천연오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 베이스 오일 또는 베이스 오일의 혼합물 50 내지 95 중량%;
(b) 이온성 액상물; 및
(c) 첨가제 또는 첨가제 혼합물 0.1 내지 10 중량%;
를 포함하고, 상기 이온성 액상물(b)을 0.05 내지 40 중량% 포함함으로써 산화 및 열에 의한 분해를 방지하고,
상기 이온성 액상물은,
4차 암모늄 양이온, 포스포늄 양이온, 이미다졸리움 양이온, 피리디늄 양이온, 피라졸륨 양이온, 옥사졸륨 양이온, 피롤리디늄 양이온, 피퍼리디늄 양이온, 트리알킬설포니움 양이온, 티아졸륨 양이온(thiazolium cation), 구아니디늄 양이온, 모폴리늄 양이온(morpholinium cation) 및 트리아졸리움 양이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 양이온을 포함하고;
[PF6]-, [BF4]-, [CF3CO2]-, [CF3SO3]-, [C4F9-SO3]- 또는 [C8F17-SO3]- 및 과불소화알킬 설포네이트 [(CF3SO2)2N]-, [(CF3SO2)(CF3COO)N]-, Cl-, Br-, [R⁴-SO3]-, [R⁴-O-SO3]-, [R⁴-COO]-, [NO3]-, [N(CN)2]-, [HSO4]-, PF(6-x)R6 x 또는 [R⁴R5PO4]- 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 음이온을 포함하고,
여기에서, 상기 R4, R5 각각은 수소; 직선형 또는 가지형, 포화 또는 불포화, 사슬모양 또는 고리모양의 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기; 헤테로 아릴기, 헤테로 고리안에 탄소원자를 3 내지 8개 포함하고, 헤테로 원자로서 N, O 또는 S를 포함하며, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 및 할로겐 원소로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기를 가지는 C1-C6 알킬그룹-헤테로아릴기; 아릴 라디칼 내에 탄소원자를 5 내지 12개 포함하고, 하나 이상의 C1-C6 알킬기로 치환된 아릴-아릴 C1-C6 알킬그룹;으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, R6는 과불소화에틸기 또는 과불소화알킬기이고, X는 1 내지 4이고,
상기 이온성 액상물은 부틸 메틸 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 메틸 프로필 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 헥실 메틸 이미다졸리움 트리스(과불소화 에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트, 헥실 메틸 이미다졸리움 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 헥실 메틸 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 테트라부틸 포스포늄 트리스(과불소화 에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트, 옥틸 메틸 이미다졸리움 육불소화 포스페이트, 헥실 피리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸)설포닐이미드, 메틸 트리옥틸 암모늄 삼불소화 아세테이트, 부틸 메틸 피롤리디늄 트리스(오불소화에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트 및 트리 헥실(테트라데실)포스포늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 윤활용 조성물.
- (a) 합성오일, 미네랄 오일 및 천연오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 베이스 오일 또는 베이스 오일의 혼합물 50 내지 95 중량%;
(b) 이온성 액상물; 및
(c) 첨가제 또는 첨가제 혼합물 0.1 내지 10 중량%;
를 포함하고, 상기 이온성 액상물(b)을 0.05 내지 40 중량% 포함함으로써 산화 및 열에 의한 분해를 방지하고,
상기 이온성 액상물은,
4차 암모늄 양이온, 포스포늄 양이온, 이미다졸리움 양이온, 피리디늄 양이온, 피라졸륨 양이온, 옥사졸륨 양이온, 피롤리디늄 양이온, 피퍼리디늄 양이온, 트리알킬설포니움 양이온, 티아졸륨 양이온(thiazolium cation), 구아니디늄 양이온, 모폴리늄 양이온(morpholinium cation) 및 트리아졸리움 양이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 양이온을 포함하고;

여기에서, 상기 R4, R5 각각은 수소; 직선형 또는 가지형, 포화 또는 불포화, 사슬모양 또는 고리모양의 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기; 헤테로 아릴기, 헤테로 고리안에 탄소원자를 3 내지 8개 포함하고, 헤테로 원자로서 N, O 또는 S를 포함하며, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 및 할로겐 원소로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기를 가지는 C1-C6 알킬그룹-헤테로아릴기; 아릴 라디칼 내에 탄소원자를 5 내지 12개 포함하고, 하나 이상의 C1-C6 알킬기로 치환된 아릴-아릴 C1-C6 알킬그룹;으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, R6는 과불소화에틸기 또는 과불소화알킬기이고, X는 1 내지 4이고,
상기 첨가제 혼합물은 선택적으로 존재하고, 부식방지제; 항산화제; 마모방지제; 마찰 감소제; 금속 영향 방지제; 자외선 안정제; 폴리이미드, 폴리사불소화에틸렌(PTFE), 흑연, 금속 산화물, 붕소 질화물, 몰리브덴 황화물 또는 인산염으로부터 선택된 유기 또는 무기 고체 윤활제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 윤활용 조성물.
- (a) 합성오일, 미네랄 오일 및 천연오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 베이스 오일 또는 베이스 오일의 혼합물 50 내지 95 중량%;
(b) 이온성 액상물; 및
(c) 첨가제 또는 첨가제 혼합물 0.1 내지 10 중량%;
를 포함하고, 상기 이온성 액상물(b)을 0.05 내지 40 중량% 포함함으로써 산화 및 열에 의한 분해를 방지하고,
상기 이온성 액상물은 부틸 메틸 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 메틸 프로필 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 헥실 메틸 이미다졸리움 트리스(과불소화 에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트, 헥실 메틸 이미다졸리움 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 헥실 메틸 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 테트라부틸 포스포늄 트리스(과불소화 에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트, 옥틸 메틸 이미다졸리움 육불소화 포스페이트, 헥실 피리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸)설포닐이미드, 메틸 트리옥틸 암모늄 삼불소화 아세테이트, 부틸 메틸 피롤리디늄 트리스(오불소화에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트 및 트리 헥실(테트라데실)포스포늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제 혼합물은 선택적으로 존재하고, 부식방지제; 항산화제; 마모방지제; 마찰 감소제; 금속 영향 방지제; 자외선 안정제; 폴리이미드, 폴리사불소화에틸렌(PTFE), 흑연, 금속 산화물, 붕소 질화물, 몰리브덴 황화물 또는 인산염으로부터 선택된 유기 또는 무기 고체 윤활제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 윤활용 조성물.
- (a) 합성오일, 미네랄 오일 및 천연오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 베이스 오일 또는 베이스 오일의 혼합물 50 내지 95 중량%;
(b) 이온성 액상물; 및
(c) 첨가제 또는 첨가제 혼합물 0.1 내지 10 중량%;
를 포함하고, 상기 이온성 액상물(b)을 0.05 내지 40 중량% 포함함으로써 산화 및 열에 의한 분해를 방지하고,
철도용 휠 베어링, 전류가 통하는 롤러 베어링, 자동차 분야 및 전기모터와 같은 경우로서, 전기에서 기인한 스파크로 인해 반복적으로 손상이 발생하는 휠 베어링, 롤러 베어링에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
- (a) 합성오일, 미네랄 오일 및 천연오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 베이스 오일 또는 베이스 오일의 혼합물 50 내지 95 중량%;
(b) 이온성 액상물; 및
(c) 첨가제 또는 첨가제 혼합물 0.1 내지 10 중량%;
를 포함하고, 상기 이온성 액상물(b)을 0.05 내지 40 중량% 포함함으로써 산화 및 열에 의한 분해를 방지하고,
상기 이온성 액상물은,
4차 암모늄 양이온, 포스포늄 양이온, 이미다졸리움 양이온, 피리디늄 양이온, 피라졸륨 양이온, 옥사졸륨 양이온, 피롤리디늄 양이온, 피퍼리디늄 양이온, 트리알킬설포니움 양이온, 티아졸륨 양이온(thiazolium cation), 구아니디늄 양이온, 모폴리늄 양이온(morpholinium cation) 및 트리아졸리움 양이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 양이온을 포함하고;
[PF6]-, [BF4]-, [CF3CO2]-, [CF3SO3]-, [C4F9-SO3]- 또는 [C8F17-SO3]- 및 과불소화알킬 설포네이트 [(CF3SO2)2N]-, [(CF3SO2)(CF3COO)N]-, Cl-, Br-, [R⁴-SO3]-, [R⁴-O-SO3]-, [R⁴-COO]-, [NO3]-, [N(CN)2]-, [HSO4]-, PF(6-x)R6 x 또는 [R⁴R5PO4]- 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 음이온을 포함하고,
여기에서, 상기 R4, R5 각각은 수소; 직선형 또는 가지형, 포화 또는 불포화, 사슬모양 또는 고리모양의 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기; 헤테로 아릴기, 헤테로 고리안에 탄소원자를 3 내지 8개 포함하고, 헤테로 원자로서 N, O 또는 S를 포함하며, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 및 할로겐 원소로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기를 가지는 C1-C6 알킬그룹-헤테로아릴기; 아릴 라디칼 내에 탄소원자를 5 내지 12개 포함하고, 하나 이상의 C1-C6 알킬기로 치환된 아릴-아릴 C1-C6 알킬그룹;으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, R6는 과불소화에틸기 또는 과불소화알킬기이고, X는 1 내지 4이고,
철도용 휠 베어링, 전류가 통하는 롤러 베어링, 자동차 분야 및 전기모터와 같은 경우로서, 전기에서 기인한 스파크로 인해 반복적으로 손상이 발생하는 휠 베어링, 롤러 베어링에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
- (a) 합성오일, 미네랄 오일 및 천연오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 베이스 오일 또는 베이스 오일의 혼합물 50 내지 95 중량%;
(b) 이온성 액상물; 및
(c) 첨가제 또는 첨가제 혼합물 0.1 내지 10 중량%;
를 포함하고, 상기 이온성 액상물(b)을 0.05 내지 40 중량% 포함함으로써 산화 및 열에 의한 분해를 방지하고,
상기 이온성 액상물은 부틸 메틸 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 메틸 프로필 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 헥실 메틸 이미다졸리움 트리스(과불소화 에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트, 헥실 메틸 이미다졸리움 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 헥실 메틸 피롤리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드, 테트라부틸 포스포늄 트리스(과불소화 에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트, 옥틸 메틸 이미다졸리움 육불소화 포스페이트, 헥실 피리디늄 비스(삼불소화메틸)설포닐이미드, 메틸 트리옥틸 암모늄 삼불소화 아세테이트, 부틸 메틸 피롤리디늄 트리스(오불소화에틸)삼불소화 포스페이트 및 트리 헥실(테트라데실)포스포늄 비스(삼불소화메틸 설포닐)이미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,
전류가 통하는 롤러 베어링, 자동차 분야 및 전기모터와 같은 경우로서, 전기에서 기인한 스파크로 인해 반복적으로 손상이 발생하는 휠 베어링, 롤러 베어링에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 철도용 휠 베어링, 전류가 통하는 롤러 베어링, 자동차 분야 및 전기모터와 같은 경우로서, 전기에서 기인한 스파크로 인해 반복적으로 손상이 발생하는 휠 베어링, 롤러 베어링에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 오일은, 지방족 또는 방향족 디, 트리 또는 테트라 카복실산으로부터 선택된 하나의 카복실산과 C7 내지 C22의 알콜에서 선택된 하나 이상의 알콜로 구성된 에스테르 화합물; 폴리페닐에테르; 알킬 디 또는 트리 페닐 에테르; 트리메틸올 프로판, 펜타 에리쓰리톨 또는 디펜타 에리쓰리톨로부터 선택된 것과 C7 내지 C22의 지방족 카복실산으로 구성된 에스테르 화합물; C7 내지 C22의 알콜로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 알콜과 C18의 이량체 산으로 구성된 에스테르 화합물; 복합 에스테르(complex ester); 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 합성 오일계 베이스 오일임을 특징으로 하는 윤활용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 오일은, 파라핀계, 나프틴계, 방향족 수소화분해 오일 또는 가스-액화(GTL)오일, 바이오매스-액화(BTL)오일, 및 석탄-액화(CTL)오일로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 미네랄계 오일임을 특징으로 하는 윤활용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 오일은
올레산 함량이 높은 유전적으로 변형된 트리글리세라이드 오일; 및
올레산 함량이 높은 유전적으로 변형된 잇꽃(safflower)유, 옥수수유, 카놀라유, 해바라기유, 대두유, 린씨드 오일, 땅콩유, 레스퀘렐라(lesquerella)유, 메도우폼(meadowfoam)유 및 야쟈유를 포함하는 식물성 오일;
로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 천연 오일임을 특징으로 하는 윤활용 조성물.
