Claims (19)
- 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법으로서,
a) 고분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌(HMW PIB)을 압출 장치에 공급하는 단계로서, 상기 고분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌은 실질적으로 충전재, 용매 및 가소제가 함유되어 있지 않은 것인 단계;
b) 상기 HMW PIB를, 상기 압출 장치에서 저분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌(LMW PIB)과 혼합하여, 충전재, 용매 및 가소제가 실질적으로 함유되어 있지 않은 용융물을 만드는 단계;
c) 상기 용융물에 활성 약학 성분(API)을 첨가하여, API/PIB 용융물을 제조하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 API/PIB 용융물을 다이에 부어, 충전재, 용매 및 가소제가 실질적으로 함유되어 있지 않은 접착 조성물을 제조하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌은 상기 압출 장치에 공급하기 전에 단축 압출기(single-screw extruder)에서 사전-가공(pre-process)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단축 압출기는 약 85℉ - 약 500℉의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌은 약 100,000 g/mol - 약 800,000 g/mol 범위의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌은 약 200,000 g/mol - 약 425,000 g/mol 범위의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 HMW PIB와 상기 LMW PIB는 2축 압출기(twin-screw extruder)에서 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌은 약 35,000 g/mol - 약 100,000 g/mol 범위의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌은 약 36,000 g/mol - 약 75,000 g/mol 범위의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌은 약 65℉ - 약 500℉의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌 대 상기 저분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌의 비율은 약 20:80 내지 약 85:15의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 약학 성분은 오피오이드(opioid) 수용체 길항제, 마취제, 국소 마취제, 항천식제, 항염증제, 오피에이트(opiate), 기관지 확장제, 진통제, 항-고혈압제, 호르몬제, 피임약, 항구토제(anti-nauseant), 항-히스타민제, 흥분제, 항협심증제, 오피오에이트 수용체 작용제, 도파민 작용제, 항아세틸콜린제, 신경근육제, 아나볼릭성 약물, 구토 방지제(anti-emetic), 충혈 완화제, 혈관 수축제, 진정제, 향정신약, 이뇨제, 혈관 확장제, 수면제, 해열제 및 항경련제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 약학 성분은 리도카인(lidocaine), 피록시캄(piroxicam), 펜타닐(fetanyl), 수펜타닐(sufentanyl), 알부테롤(albuterol), 부프레노르핀(buprenorphine), 클로니딘(clonidine), 디클로페낙(diclofenac), 에스트라디올(estradiol), 에티닐 에스트라디올(ethinyl estradiol), 그라니세트론(granisetron), 케토프로펜(ketoprofen), 로라타딘(loratadine), 메만틴(memantine), 메틸페니데이트(methylphenidate), 날트렉손(naltrexone), 니코틴(nicotine), 니트로글리세린(nitroglycerin), 노렐게스트로민(norelgestromin), 옥시부티닌(oxybutynin), 리스페리돈(risperidone), 리바스티그민(rivastigmine), 로티가틴(rotigatine), 스코폴라민(scopolamine), 셀레길린(selegiline), 테스토스테론(testosterone), 데슬로라타딘(desloratadine), 덱스메틸페니데이트(dexmethylphenidate) 및 툴로부테롤(tulobuterol)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물내 활성 약학 성분의 함량은 상기 API/PIB 용융물의 약 0.01 중량% - 약 40 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 API/PIB 용융물에 하나 이상의 첨가제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착 조성물을 후면층(backing layer)과 박리 라이너(release liner) 사이에 라미네이션(lamination)하여, 경피 전달 장치를 제조하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된, 충전재 무함유성 접착 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 API는 리도카인, 피록시캄, 펜타닐 및 수펜타닐로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물.
- 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법으로서,
a) 분자량 100,000 g/mol - 약 800,000 g/mol을 가지는 고분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌(HMW PIB)을 2축 압출기에 공급하는 단계로서, 상기 고분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌은 실질적으로 충전재, 용매 및 가소제가 함유되어 있지 않은 것인 단계;
b) 상기 HMW PIB를, 상기 압출 장치에서, 분자량 약 35,000 g/mol - 약 100,000 g/mol을 가지는 저분자량의 폴리이소부틸렌(LMW PIB)과, 혼합하여, 충전재, 용매 및 가소제가 실질적으로 함유되어 있지 않으며, 용융물내 HMW PIB : LMW PIB의 함량 비율이 약 20:80 - 약 85:15인, 용융물을 만드는 단계;
c) 상기 용융물에 활성 약학 성분(API)을 첨가하여, API/PIB 용융물을 제조하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 API/PIB 용융물을 다이에 부어, 충전재, 용매 및 가소제가 실질적으로 함유되어 있지 않은 접착 조성물을 제조하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 HMW PIB는 약 250,000의 수 평균 분자량을 가지며,
상기 LMW PIB는 약 51,000의 수 평균 분자량을 가지며,
상기 API는 리도카인인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 조성물의 무용매성 제조 방법.
