Claims (12)
- a) 분산제로서 35 내지 85중량%의 1종 이상의 알킬 에터 설페이트, 알킬 설페이트, 알킬 설포네이트, 설포숙신산의 모노에스터, 설포숙신산의 다이에스터, 알킬 글라이시네이트, 알킬 사르코시네이트 및/또는 알킬 타우레이트 또는 이들의 조합물;
b) 하기 일반식 I에 따른 지방산 글라이콜 에스터, 하기 일반식 II에 따른 지방산 알칸올아마이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 15 내지 40중량%의 진주광택 성분:
c) 필요한 경우, 방부제, 버퍼 물질, 무기 혹은 유기 전해질, 알코올, 지방 알코올, 지방산 및/또는 그들의 에톡실레이트, 특히 PEG-x-글라이세릴 라우레이트 및/또는 PEG-x-글라이세릴 코코에이트(PEG-x-glyceryl cocoate)(x = 1 내지 10임) 등과 같은 적절한 첨가제; 및
d) 100중량%를 채우기 위한 잔량으로서, 30중량% 이하의 농도의 물을 포함하는 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물(pumpable aqueous pearlescent concentrate):

식 중, R1은 C(탄소) 원자수 12 내지 22의 알킬 라디칼이고,
R2는 식: -C2H4- 또는 -C3H5-의 2가 라디칼이며,
R3 = H 또는 식: 의 라디칼이고,
n은 1 내지 10의 수이다;
[일반식 II]
식 중, R5는 C 원자수 8 내지 22의 알킬 라디칼이고,
R6 = H, C 원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼, -(CH2-CH2-O)n-R8 또는 -(CH2-CH(CH3)-CH2-O)n-R8이며, n = 1 내지 10이고;
R7 = H, C 원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼, -(CH2-CH2-O)n-R8 또는 -(CH2-CH(CH3)-CH2-O)n-R8이며, n = 1 내지 10이고;
R8 = H, 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, i-프로필, n-뷰틸, i-뷰틸 또는 t-뷰틸이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제의 비율과 상기 진주광택 성분의 비율의 합계량(활성 함량)이 적어도 60중량%, 바람직하게는 65 내지 85중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 70 내지 80중량%인 것인 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물의 비율과 상기 첨가제의 비율의 합계량이 상기 진주광택 농축물의 총량에 의거해서 30중량% 미만인 것인 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬 에터 설페이트, 알킬 설페이트 및/또는 알킬 설포네이트 또는 이들의 조합물의 함량이 35 내지 85중량%, 바람직하게는 40 내지 70중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 50 내지 60중량%인 것인 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R5 는 적어도 60%가 C12-알킬인 것인 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 높은 상 용적 비(phase volume ratio)를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 완전히 팽윤(swollen)되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 높은 보존 안정성을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 35℃까지의 온도 증가에 대한 점도가 20% 이하만큼 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올이 함유되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물.
- 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물의 제조방법으로서,
a) 알킬 에터 설페이트, 알킬 설페이트, 알킬 설포네이트, 설포숙신산의 모노에스터, 설포숙신산의 다이에스터, 알킬 글라이시네이트, 알킬 사르코시네이트 및/또는 알킬 타우레이트 또는 이들의 조합물로부터 선택된 분산제; 1종 이상의 하기 일반식 I에 따른 지방산 글라이콜 에스터 및 1종 이상의 하기 일반식 II에 따른 지방산 알칸올아마이드로부터 선택된 진주광택 성분; 및 임의선택적으로 물을 도입하여, 라멜라 유체 흐름(lamellar fluid flow)으로 55℃ 내지 90℃에서 철저히 혼합하는 단계로서, 이용되는 물의 양이 이용되는 분산제와 진주광택제의 농도에 의거해서 35중량%를 초과하지 않는 것인 제1교반단계;
b) 얻어진 혼합물을 45℃ 이하로 냉각시키는 단계로서, 상기 진주광택 성분이 액체 결정성 라멜라 구조(liquid crystalline lamellar structure)의 형태로 결정화되는 것인 냉각 단계; 및
c) 냉각된 상기 혼합물을 격렬하게 혼합하고, 임의선택적으로 나머지량의 물로 희석하는 단계로서, 온도는 교반 파워의 저감 및/또는 교반단계의 냉각에 의해 45℃ 이하로 유지되는 것인 제2교반단계를 포함하되,
상기 제1 또는 제2교반단계에 첨가제가 도입될 수 있는 것인 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물의 제조방법:
[일반식 I]
식 중, R1은 C 원자수 12 내지 22의 알킬 라디칼이고,
R2는 식: -C2H4- 또는 -C3H5-의 2가 라디칼이며,
R3 = H 또는 식: 의 라디칼이고,
n은 1 내지 10의 수이다;
[일반식 II]
식 중, R5는 C 원자수 8 내지 22의 알킬 라디칼이고,
R6 = H, C 원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼, -(CH2-CH2-O)n-R8 또는 -(CH2-CH(CH3)-CH2-O)n-R8이며, n = 1 내지 10이고;
R7 = H, C 원자수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼, -(CH2-CH2-O)n-R8 또는 -(CH2-CH(CH3)-CH2-O)n-R8이며, n = 1 내지 10이고;
R8 = H, 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, i-프로필, n-뷰틸, i-뷰틸 또는 t-뷰틸이다. - 계면활성제 내에 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물을 이용하는 방법으로서, 상기 계면활성제 조성물 내에 0.1 내지 40중량%의 진주광택 농축물이 함유되는 것인, 펌핑 가능한 수성 진주광택 농축물의 이용방법.
