Claims (14)
- 산소, 질소, 인, 황 및 규소로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1개 이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 1종 이상의 불소치환 유기 화합물을 포함하거나 이들로 구성되는 전해질 용매를 포함하는 Li-S 전지이며, 이때 불소치환 유기 화합물은 불소치환 카복실산 에스테르, 불소치환 카복실산 아미드, 불소치환 불소화 에테르, 불소치환 카바메이트, 불소치환 환형 카보네이트, 불소치환 비환형(acyclic) 카보네이트, 불소치환 에테르, 퍼플루오로알킬 포스포란, 불소치환 포스파이트, 불소치환 포스페이트, 불소치환 포스포네이트 및 불소치환 헤테로사이클로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 Li-S 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, Li-S 전지는, 산소, 질소, 인, 황 및 규소로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1개 이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 1종 이상의 불소치환 유기 화합물을 포함하거나 이들로 구성되는 전해질 용매와 함께, 리튬-함유 애노드, 원소형 황-함유 캐소드, 및 전류 집전체를 포함하며, 상기 불소치환 유기 화합물은 불소치환 카복실산 에스테르, 불소치환 카복실산 아미드, 불소치환 불소화 에테르, 불소치환 카바메이트, 불소치환 환형 카보네이트, 불소치환 비환형 카보네이트, 불소치환 에테르, 퍼플루오로알킬 포스포란, 불소치환 포스파이트, 불소치환 포스페이트, 불소치환 포스포네이트 및 불소치환 헤테로사이클로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 Li-S 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매를 캐소드 내에 함유하는 Li-S 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소치환 유기 화합물은 모노플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트, 시스-디플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트, 트랜스-디플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트, 4,4-디플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트, 트리플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트, 4-플루오로-4-메틸-1,3-디옥솔란-2-온, 4-플루오로-4-에틸-1,3-디옥솔란-2-온, 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸-메틸 카보네이트, 및 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸-플루오로메틸 카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 Li-S 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전해질 용매는 1종 이상의 비불소화 용매를 더 포함하는 것인 Li-S 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 비불소화 용매는 알킬 카보네이트, 알킬렌 카보네이트 및 에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 Li-S 전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비불소화 용매는 1,2-디메톡시에탄, 테트라글라임(tetraglyme), 테트라하이드로퓨란, 2-메틸테트라하이드로퓨란, 1,3-디옥솔란, 4-메틸디옥솔란, 디메틸카보네이트, 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 및 이들의 임의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 용매인 Li-S 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 금속 이온에 대해 선택투과성인 막(membrane)을 더 포함하는 Li-S 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리튬 이온에 대해 선택투과성인 막을 더 포함하는 Li-S 전지.
- 리튬산소전지, 리튬황전지 또는 마그네슘-산소전지의 캐소드실에서, 단독 용매 또는 1종 이상의 비불소치환 용매와의 혼합물 형태로서의, 산소, 질소, 인, 황 및 규소로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 불소치환 유기 화합물의 용도, 또는 리튬산소전지, 리튬황전지 또는 마그네슘-산소전지의 캐소드실에서, 리튬 비스(옥살라토)보레이트 또는 리튬 디플루오로(옥살라토)보레이트의 용도.
- 제10항에 있어서, 불소치환 유기 화합물이 불소치환 카복실산 에스테르, 불소치환 카복실산 아미드, 불소치환 불소화 에테르, 불소치환 카바메이트, 불소치환 환형 카보네이트, 불소치환 비환형 카보네이트, 불소치환 에테르, 퍼플루오로알킬 포스포란, 불소치환 포스파이트, 불소치환 포스페이트, 불소치환 포스포네이트 및 불소치환 헤테로사이클로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 용도.
- 산소, 질소, 인, 황 및 규소로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 헤테로원자 1개 이상을 함유하며, 불소치환 카복실산 에스테르, 불소치환 카복실산 아미드, 불소치환 불소화 에테르, 불소치환 카바메이트, 불소치환 환형 카보네이트, 불소치환 비환형 카보네이트, 불소치환 에테르, 퍼플루오로알킬 포스포란, 불소치환 포스파이트, 불소치환 포스페이트, 불소치환 포스포네이트 및 불소치환 헤테로사이클로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 불소치환 유기 화합물 1종 이상과;
원소형 황 및 M2Xy (식 중, M은 Na 또는 Li이고, X는 황이며, y는 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 또는 8임)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 화합물 1종 이상
을 포함하는 전해질 용액. - 제12항에 있어서, M이 Li인 전해질 용액.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, M은 Li이고, 용액은 LiBF4, LiCIO4, LiAsF6, LiPO2F2, LiPF6 및 LiN(CF3SO2)2로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전해질염을 더 포함하는 것인 전해질 용액.
