Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 자동차의 크랭크축이 결합되며 주철재로 주조성형되는 원통상의 허브(12)와, 강판을 소성가공하여 성형되며 중앙부의 통공(22)에는 상기 허브(12)가 접합되고 둘레부에는 림(24)이 형성되는 허브플레이트(16)와, 상기 허브플레이트(16)의 림(24)에 부착되는 링형상의 러버층(18), 및 상기 러버층(18)의 외측면에 부착되는 풀리(14)로 구성된 댐퍼풀리가 제공된다.

Claims (3)
- 자동차의 크랭크축이 결합되며 주철재로 주조성형되는 원통상의 허브(12)와, 강판을 프레스가공하여 성형되며 중앙부의 통공(22)에는 상기 허브(12)가 접합되고 둘레부에는 림(24)이 형성되는 허브플레이트(16)와, 상기 허브플레이트(16)의 림(24)에 부착되는 링형상의 러버층(18), 및 상기 러버층(18)의 외측면에 부착되는 풀리(14)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼풀리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 허브(12)는 덕타일주철로 주조되고, 상기 허브플레이트(16)는 냉간압연강판으로 성형되어 브레이징용접에 의해 상기 허브(2)와 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼풀리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 허브(12)의 허브플레이트(16)와의 연결부위에는 외향확장되는 플랜지부(26)와, 이 플랜지부(26)에서 외측으로 돌출된 단턱부(28)가 형성되고, 상기 허브플레이트(16)의 중앙부 통공(22)은 상기 허브플레이트(16)의 플랜지부(16)에 밀착되도록 상기 단턱부(28)에 끼움결합된 상태에서 플랜지부(26)와 허브플레이트(16)의 접촉부위에서 브레이징용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼풀리.
