도 3은 복합소재 장간애자의 세부 사항을 나타낸 것으로, 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자를 함유하는 디스크를 아랫면에 구비한 갓을 나타낸다.
도 4는 복합소재 장간애자의 세부 사항을 나타낸 것으로, 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자를 포함하는 보호층을 아랫면에 구비한 갓을 나타낸다.
도 5는 복합소재 장간애자의 세부 사항을 나타낸 것으로, 도 4에 나타낸 복합소재 애자와 비교할 때, 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자를 포함하는 보호층을 추가로 구비한 심재를 나타낸다.

Claims (13)
- 특히, 섬유 강화 열경화성 수지로 이루어진 심재(2)와 심재(2)를 둘러싸는, 특히, 절연 탄성체로 이루어진 보호층(8)을 구비한 복합소재 애자(1)에 있어서, 보호층(8)은 애자(1)의 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)를 특정 부분에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
보호층(8)에는 표면누설거리 연장을 위해 여러 개의 갓(4)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제2항에 있어서,
일부 갓(4)의 보호층(8')은 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제3항에 있어서,
일부 갓(4)은 전압 수송단(HV)에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제2항과 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적어도 일부 갓(4)의 아랫면에 있는 보호층(8')은 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제5항에 있어서,

전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)를 함유한 보호층(8')이 적어도 일부 갓(4)의 아랫면에 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
갓(4)의 아랫면에 리브(12)가 있으며, 이 리브 위에 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)와 혼합된 디스크(10) 또는 보호층(8')이 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
보호층(8)은 심재(2)를 따라 적어도 특정 부분에서 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제2항 내지 제9항 중 한 항에 있어서,
갓(4) 및/또는 심재(2)는 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)가 없는 외곽 보호층(13)으로 둘러싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
보호층(8)은 실리콘 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체(EPDM), 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트(EVA) 또는 에폭시 수지이며, 여기서 전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)와 혼합된 실리콘 고무, EPDM, EVA 또는 에폭시 수지가 특정 부분에 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)가 애자(1)의 건조 구역의 영역에, 특히 갓(4)의 아랫면에 도포, 가황 처리, 보호층(8, 8') 처리 또는 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1). - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기장에 영향을 미치는 입자(7)는 저항성 또는 용량성 입자 또는 반도체 입자, 특히 도핑된 ZnO 마이크로배리스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 애자(1).
