Claims (11)
- 두께가 100 ㎛ 내지 1 mm인 메타크릴레이트-기재 도광체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 후속 평탄화를 갖는 압출 방법이고, 사용되는 장치가 적어도 다음의 구성요소로 이루어지며, 상기 압출 방법에 의해 제조된 메타크릴레이트-기재 도광체의 적어도 95 중량%가 PMMA로 이루어지며, 상기 도광체가 임의의 충격 개질제를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:
압출기,
임의의 용융 펌프,
임의의 용융 여과,
임의의 정적 혼합 요소,
평면 필름 노즐,
평탄화 메카니즘 및
임의로는 와인더.
여기서, 상기 평면 필름 노즐은 노즐 립 폭을 조절하기 위한 제어 요소를 포함하는 노즐 립을 갖고, 상기 제어 요소는 11 내지 15 mm의 상호 분리부를 갖고, 노즐 본체는 평탄화 롤의 형상에 적합화된 외부 기하구조를 갖고, 용융물 출구 에지에서 평탄화 갭까지의 거리는 80 mm 이하이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 평면 필름 노즐을 평탄화 메카니즘과 관련한 레이저에 의하여 정렬되고, 노즐 외측의 두 단부에서 측정한 평탄화 롤로부터 노즐의 평행 편차의 최대 편차가 3 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도광체의 가장 얇은 지점과 가장 두꺼운 지점의 차이가 5 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도광체의 두께 편차가 4% 이하, 바람직하게는 3% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노즐 및 롤이 크롬 표면을 갖고, 상기 크롬 표면이 0.08 ㎛ 미만의 조도 Ra를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 1개의 광원 및 적어도 1개의 도광체를 포함하는 조명 유닛으로서, 상기 도광체는 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있으며, 도광체의 적어도 90 중량%가 PMMA로 이루어지며, 상기 도광체가 임의의 충격 개질제를 함유하지 않으며 두께가 100 ㎛ 내지 1 mm이며, 도광체의 가장 얇은 지점과 가장 두꺼운 지점의 차이가 5 ㎛ 이하이며, 0.5 mm 두께의 필름상에서 730 nm의 파장에서 측정한 광 감쇠가 10000 dB/km 미만, 바람직하게는 9000 dB/km 미만, 특히 바람직하게는 8000 dB/km 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 유닛.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 도광체가 적어도 1개의 PMMA 층 및 적어도 1개의 PVDF 층을 포함하는 공압출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 유닛.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도광체 표면의 일부가 구조화를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 유닛.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광원이 1개 이상의 발광 다이오드(LED)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 유닛.
- 제6항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조명 유닛의, 백라이트 유닛 (BLU), 에지 발광(edge lit) 백라이트 유닛 또는 도광 패널 (LGP)로서의 용도.
