Claims (6)
- 유기 알루미늄으로 마스킹된 하기 일반식 (I), (II) 또는 (III)으로 표시되는 페놀계 산화 방지제 중 1종 이상을, 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 가지는 모노머의 중합 전 또는 중합 중에 촉매계 또는 중합계에 첨가하는 공정을 포함하는 안정화 폴리머의 제조 방법:

(상기 일반식 (I) 중에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, 및 R6는 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 분지 또는 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 1∼5의 알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 5∼8의 시클로알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 6∼12의 아릴기를 나타내고, X는 직접 결합 또는 탄소 원자수 1∼4의 알킬리덴기를 나타내고, i는 0 또는 1의 수를 나타내고, n은 1∼6의 수를 나타냄)

(상기 일반식 (II) 중에서, R7 및 R8은 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 분지 또는 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 1∼5의 알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 5∼8의 시클로알킬기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 6∼12의 아릴기를 나타내고, R9 및 R10은 각각 독립적으로 분지 또는 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 1∼18의 알킬기, 또는 금속 원자를 나타내고, 금속 원자가 2가 이상의 금속인 경우에는 R9, R10이 하나의 금속 원자일 수도 있고, Z는 분지 또는 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 1∼4의 알킬렌기를 나타냄)

(상기 일반식 (III) 중에서, R11, R12, 및 R13은 각각 독립적으로, 분지 또는 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 1∼18의 알킬기, 또는 에테르 결합, 티오에테르 결합 또는 디술피드 결합을 가지는 탄소 원자수 2∼18의 분지를 가질 수도 있는 알킬기를 나타내고, 다만, R11, R12, 및 R13 중 어느 하나는 에테르 결합, 티오에테르 결합 또는 디술피드 결합을 가지는 탄소 원자수 2∼18의 분지를 가질 수도 있는 알킬기임). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 페놀계 산화 방지제를, 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 가지는 모노머를 중합하여 얻어지는 중합체 100 질량부에 대하여, 0.001∼0.5 질량부가 되도록 첨가하는, 안정화 폴리머의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 알루미늄 화합물이, 트리알킬 알루미늄인, 안정화 폴리머의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
인계 산화 방지제를, 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 가지는 모노머의 중합 전 또는 중합 중에 촉매계 또는 중합계에 첨가하는 공정을 더 포함하는 안정화 폴리머의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 가지는 모노머가 α-올레핀인, 안정화 폴리머의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 기재된 안정화 폴리머의 제조 방법으로 얻어지는 올레핀 중합체.
