Claims (15)
- 검사 영역에서 물체의 존재에 응답하여, 물체를 포함하는 볼륨을 식별하는 단계로서, 볼륨이 복수의 부분을 갖추고;
볼륨의 복수의 부분에 대해 다수의 센서 시스템을 할당하는 단계로서, 각 센서 시스템이 복수의 부분의 특정 부분의 물체의 표면에 관한 품질의 원하는 수준으로 데이터를 발생시킬 수 있는가의 여부를 기초로 다수의 센서 시스템의 각 센서 시스템이 볼륨의 복수의 부분의 다수의 부분에 대해 할당되고;
볼륨의 복수의 부분에 대해 할당된 다수의 센서 시스템을 이용해서 물체의 표면에 관한 데이터를 발생시키는 단계; 및
데이터를 이용해서 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재하는가의 여부를 결정하는 단계;를 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재한다는 결정에 응답하여, 물체에 대해 수행되도록 다수의 유지보수 운영을 식별하는 단계를 더 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
다수의 센서 시스템이 물체의 표면의 이미지를 발생시키고:
다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재한다는 결정에 응답하여, 다수의 불일치에 대해 모바일 테스팅 시스템을 보내는 단계와;
모바일 테스팅 시스템을 이용해서 다수의 불일치의 각각에 대한 위치에서 비-파괴 테스팅을 수행하는 단계;를 더 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
컴퓨터 시스템에 대해 물체의 표면에 관한 데이터를 보내는 단계를 더 갖추어 이루어지고;
데이터를 이용해서 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재하는가의 여부를 결정하는 단계가:
컴퓨터 시스템에 의해, 데이터를 이용해서 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재하는가의 여부를 결정하는 단계를 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
데이터를 이용해서 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재하는가의 여부를 결정하는 단계가:
비교를 형성하기 위해 기준 데이터에 대해 데이터를 비교하는 단계와;
비교를 이용해서 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재하는가의 여부를 결정하는 단계;를 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재한다는 결정에 응답하여, 다수의 불일치에 대한 물체의 표면의 다수의 위치를 확인하는 단계;를 더 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
기준 데이터가, 물체의 제조 후 다수의 이미지를 발생시키는 것과, 물체의 모델을 이용해서 다수의 이미지를 발생시키는 것, 및 물체의 현재 이용 전에 다수의 이미지를 발생시키는 것 중 적어도 하나를 수행하는 것에 의해 발생된 물체의 표면의 다수의 이미지인 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
다수의 센서 시스템은 모바일 센서 시스템을 포함하고:
물체의 표면에 관한 데이터를 발생시키는 동안 검사 영역으로 모바일 센서 시스템을 이동시키는 단계;를 더 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
데이터가 실질적으로 물체의 모든 표면에 대해 발생되도록 볼륨의 복수의 부분을 선택하는 단계;를 더 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물체를 검사하기 위한 방법.
- 검사 영역에 위치된 다수의 센서 시스템과;
다수의 센서 시스템과 통신하고, 물체를 포함하는 볼륨을 식별하되, 볼륨이 복수의 부분을 갖추고; 볼륨의 복수의 부분에 대해 다수의 센서 시스템을 할당하되, 각 센서 시스템이 복수의 부분의 특정 부분의 물체의 표면에 관한 품질의 원하는 수준으로 데이터를 발생시킬 수 있는가의 여부를 기초로 다수의 센서 시스템의 각 센서 시스템이 볼륨의 복수의 부분의 다수의 부분에 대해 할당되고; 볼륨의 복수의 부분에 대해 할당된 다수의 센서 시스템을 이용해서 물체의 표면에 관한 데이터를 발생시키고; 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재하는가의 여부를 결정하도록 구성된 컴퓨터 시스템;을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
컴퓨터 시스템은 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재한다는 결정에 응답하여 물체에 대해 수행되도록 다수의 유지보수 운영을 식별하도록 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
모바일 테스팅 시스템을 더 구비하여 구성되되, 컴퓨터 시스템은 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재한다는 결정에 응답하여 다수의 불일치에 대해 모바일 테스팅 시스템을 보내도록 더 구성되고, 모바일 테스팅 시스템은 다수의 불일치의 각각에 대한 위치에서 비-파괴 테스팅을 수행하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
컴퓨터 시스템은 물체의 표면에 관한 데이터를 이용해서 다수의 불일치의 각각에 대한 위치를 식별하도록 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
데이터를 이용해서 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재하는가의 여부를 결정하도록 구성되되, 컴퓨터 시스템이 비교를 형성하도록 기준 데이터에 대해 데이터를 비교하고; 비교를 이용해서 다수의 불일치가 물체의 표면에 존재하는가의 여부를 결정하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
다수의 센서 시스템은 모바일 센서 시스템을 포함하고, 모바일 센서 시스템은 물체의 표면에 관한 데이터를 발생시키는 동안 검사 영역으로 이동되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
