Abstract
본 발명은 SP값의 가중 평균치 9.0∼10.3의 경화성 수지 성분을 함유하여 이루어지는 잉크젯 광조형법에서의 광조형품 형성용 모델재; 및 수용성 단작용 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(F), 수평균 분자량이 100∼5,000인 폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜 및/또는 물(G) 및 광중합 개시제(D)를 함유하여 이루어지는 잉크젯 광조형법에서의 광조형품의 광조형시의 형상 지지용 서포트재에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- SP값의 가중 평균치 9.0∼10.3의 경화성 수지 성분을 함유하여 이루어지는 잉크젯 광조형법에서의 광조형품 형성용 모델재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 수지 성분이, 단작용 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(A), 우레탄기를 함유하지 않는 다작용 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(B), 우레탄기 함유 다작용 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(C) 및 광중합 개시제(D)를 함유하여 이루어지는 모델재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 모델재의 중량에 기초하여, (A)의 함유량이 50∼90%, (B)의 함유량이 3∼25%, (C)의 함유량이 5∼35%, (D)의 함유량이 0.1∼10%인 모델재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 10 중량% 이하의 수용성 성분을 함유하는 모델재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모델재의 광경화물의 수팽윤율이 1 중량% 이하인 모델재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모델재의 광경화물의 유리 전이점이 50∼120℃인 모델재.
- 수용성 단작용 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(F), 옥시프로필렌기를 포함하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물 및/또는 물(G) 및 광중합 개시제(D)를 함유하여 이루어지는 잉크젯 광조형법에서의 광조형품의 광조형시의 형상 지지용 서포트재.
- 제7항에 있어서, (G)가 수평균 분자량 100∼5,000인 폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜 및/또는 물인 서포트재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 서포트재의 중량에 기초하여, (F)의 함유량이 3∼45%, (G)의 함유량이 50∼95%, (D)의 함유량이 0.1∼10%인 서포트재.
- 제7항에 있어서, (G)가, (F)와 상용하고 또한 (F)의 광경화물과 상용하지 않는 수용성 비반응성 화합물인 서포트재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 서포트재의 광경화물이, 17∼35 HDA의 듀로미터 경도를 갖는 서포트재.
- 잉크젯 광조형법으로 광조형품을 형성하는 모델재와, 상기 광조형품의 광조형시의 형상을 지지하는 서포트재를 조합하여 이루어지는 이액형 광경화성 수지 조성물에 있어서, 상기 모델재가 제1항에 기재된 모델재이고, 상기 서포트재가 제7항에 기재된 서포트재인 잉크젯 광조형용의 이액형 광경화성 수지 조성물.
- 잉크젯 광조형법에 의해, 제12항에 기재된 조성물을 광경화시켜 이루어지는 광조형품.
- 잉크젯 광조형법에 의한 광조형품의 제조 방법에 있어서, 제13항에 기재된 조성물을 3차원 조형 시스템을 이용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 광조형법에 의한 광조형품의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 3차원 조형 시스템이, 퍼스널 컴퓨터(PC)와, 상기 PC와 접속되는 3차원 조형 장치로 구성되는 제조 방법.
