Claims (3)
- 안료 분산 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서,
표면에 산성기를 가지는 안료(I)와, 1급 아미노기 및 2급 아미노기에서 선택되는 아미노기를 분자 중에 2 이상 가지는 염기성 화합물(II)을 수성 매체 중에서 접촉시켜, 표면에 미반응 아미노기를 가지는 안료를 제작한 후, 또한, 말단 이소시아네이트기를 2 이상 가지는 폴리이소시아네이트폴리우레탄 수지(III)와 접촉시켜 요소 결합시켜 이루어지는 폴리우레탄 수지 부가 안료(A)의 분산체를 제작하고,
이어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 수지 부가 안료(A)의 분산체에 대하여, 40℃∼100℃에서 1일∼30일간 가열 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료 분산 조성물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 말단 이소시아네이트기를 2 이상 가지는 폴리이소시아네이트폴리우레탄 수지(III)의 고형분 산가가 20∼200mgKOH/g인, 안료 분산 조성물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 표면에 산성기를 가지는 안료(I)가, 표면에 산성기를 가지는 자기 분산형 카본 블랙인, 안료 분산 조성물의 제조 방법.
