Description
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광섬유 커넥터용 페룰을 포함한 조립체의 사시도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 페룰과 광섬유 조립체의 분해도이다.
도 3a은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 페룰의 사시도이다; 도 3b는 섬유 및 정렬 핀을 가지는 도 1의 페룰의 선 3B-3B를 따른 단면도이다; 도 3c는 홈 및 섬유의 확대된 단면도이다; 도 3d는 도 1의 페룰의 선 3D-3D를 따른 페룰의 단면도이다; 도 3e는 페룰 홈의 대체 실시예의 단면도이다; 도 3f는 홈과 정렬 핀의 확대된 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른, 스탬핑에 의해 페룰 형상부를 형성하는 제조 공정을 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른, 레이저 기계가공에 의해 홈의 개방부를 축소하는 대체 공정을 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.

Claims (22)
- 광섬유 커넥터 내에 광섬유를 지지하기 위한 페룰이며,
본체; 및
본체의 표면에 제공되는 복수의 종방향 개방 홈을 포함하고,
각각의 홈은 종방향 개방부를 가지며, 각각의 홈은 광섬유를 클램핑하는 것에 의해 홈 내에 광섬유를 견고하게 보유하는 크기를 갖는
페룰. - 제1항에 있어서,
홈은 홈에 대한 섬유의 이동을 방지하기 위해 홈 내에 광섬유를 견고하게 보유하는 크기 및 형상을 갖는
페룰. - 제2항에 있어서,
홈은 홈에 대한 섬유의 이동을 허용하는 광섬유와의 사이의 간극 없이 홈 내에 광섬유를 견고하게 보유하는
페룰. - 제3항에 있어서,
홈은 에폭시 또는 다른 본체를 요구하지 않고 홈 내에 광섬유를 견고하게 보유하는
페룰. - 제1항에 있어서,
