Abstract
일반식 [1] 및 일반식 [2] 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 지환식 에폭시디카르복실산 무수물에 의해, 말단 아미노기가 수식되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그것을 이미드화하여 얻어지는 폴리이미드.

(상기 식 중, Y 는 탄소수 1 혹은 2 의 알킬렌 또는 산소 원자를 나타내고, R1 은 수소 원자 또는 -X1-X2-X3 으로 나타내는 유기기를 나타내고, 식 중 X1 은 단결합 또는 -CH2- 이고, X2 는 단결합 또는 -O- 이고, X3 은 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 할로알킬기, 또는 시아노기를 함유한 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 알킬기를 나타낸다)

Claims (15)
- 일반식 [1] 및 일반식 [2] 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 지환식 에폭시디카르복실산 무수물에 의해, 말단 아미노기가 수식되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그것을 이미드화하여 얻어지는 폴리이미드.
[화학식 1]
(상기 식 중, Y 는 탄소수 1 혹은 2 의 알킬렌 또는 산소 원자를 나타내고, R1 은 수소 원자 또는 -X1-X2-X3 으로 나타내는 유기기를 나타내고, 식 중 X1 은 단결합 또는 -CH2- 이고, X2 는 단결합 또는 -O- 이고, X3 은 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 할로알킬기, 또는 시아노기를 함유한 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 알킬기를 나타낸다) - 일반식 [1] 및 일반식 [2] 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 지환식 에폭시디카르복실산 무수물과, 말단에 아미노기를 갖는 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그것을 이미드화하여 얻어지는 폴리이미드를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 말단 아미노기가 수식된 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그것을 이미드화하여 얻어지는 폴리이미드의 제조 방법.

(상기 식 중, Y 는 탄소수 1 혹은 2 의 알킬렌 또는 산소 원자를 나타내고, R1 은 수소 원자 또는 -X1-X2-X3 으로 나타내는 유기기를 나타내고, 식 중 X1 은 단결합 또는 -CH2- 이고, X2 는 단결합 또는 -O- 이고, X3 은 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 할로알킬기, 또는 시아노기를 함유한 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 알킬기를 나타낸다) - 제 3 항에 있어서,
테트라카르복실산 유래의 말단기와 디아민 유래의 말단기의 합계에 대하여, 50 ∼ 100 % 의 아미노기를 말단에 갖는 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그것을 이미드화하여 얻어지는 폴리이미드를 사용하는 말단 아미노기가 수식된 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그것을 이미드화하여 얻어지는 폴리이미드의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그것을 이미드화하여 얻어지는 폴리이미드 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 액정 배향 처리제를 사용하여 얻어지는 액정 배향막.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 액정 배향막을 구비한 액정 표시 소자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 R 이, n-테트라데실기인 화합물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 R 이, n-테트라데실기인 화합물. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 R 이, n-테트라데실기인 화합물. - 푸르푸릴알코올을 염기의 존재하, 식 [4] 로 나타내는 치환 알킬할라이드와 반응하여, 식 [5] 로 나타내는 화합물을 얻은 후, 아세틸렌디카르복실산과 반응시켜, 식 [6] 으로 나타내는 화합물을 얻고, 다음으로, 이것을 산화하여, 식 [3] 으로 나타내는 화합물을 얻고, 다음으로, 이것을 환원하여, 식 [2] 로 나타내는 화합물을 얻은 후, 탈수제에 의해 식 [1] 로 나타내는 화합물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
