Claims (7)
- 가변용량형 유압펌프에 연결되는 적어도 하나 이상의 유압 액츄에이터와,
상기 유압펌프의 토출측 유로에 병렬연결되며, 상기 유압펌프로부터의 유량을 상기 액츄에이터 입구측에 각각 공급하는 제1,2공급통로와,
상기 제1,2공급통로에 각각 분기 접속되며, 상기 액츄에이터로부터의 유량을 유압탱크로 각각 리턴시키는 제1,2배출통로와,
상기 액츄에이터를 일 방향으로 구동시킬 수 있도록, 절환시 상기 유압펌프로부터 액츄에이터 입구측에 공급되는 유량 및 상기 액츄에이터 출구측에서 유압탱크로 리턴되는 유량을 각각 제어하는 제1미터 인용 제어밸브 및 제1미터 아웃용 제어밸브와,
상기 액츄에이터를 다른 방향으로 구동시킬 수 있도록, 절환시 상기 유압펌프로부터 액츄에이터 입구측에 공급되는 유량 및 상기 액츄에이터의 출구측에서 유압탱크로 리턴되는 유량을 각각 제어하는 제2미터 인용 제어밸브 및 제2미터 아웃용 제어밸브와,
조작량에 대응되는 전기식 제어신호를 출력하는 전기식 조이스틱과,
상기 전기식 조이스틱의 조작량에 의한 제어신호와 상기 액츄에이터에 발생되는 부하에 따른 제어신호에 의해 제1,2미터 인용 제어밸브중 어느 하나를 개방시키도록 제어하고, 상기 액츄에이터에 발생되는 부하가 기준값을 초과할 경우 상기 액츄에이터의 입구측에서 유압탱크로 리턴되는 유량을 각각 제어하는 제1,2미터 아웃용 제어밸브중 어느 하나를 개방시키도록 제어신호를 출력하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 유압 액츄에이터 댐핑 제어시스템. - 가변용량형 유압펌프에 연결되는 유압 액츄에이터와, 상기 액츄에이터를 일 방향으로 구동시킬 수 있도록 절환시 유압펌프로부터 액츄에이터 입구측에 공급되는 유량 및 액츄에이터 출구측에서 유압탱크로 리턴되는 유량을 각각 제어하는 제1미터 인용 제어밸브 및 제1미터 아웃용 제어밸브와, 액츄에이터를 다른 방향으로 구동시킬 수 있도록 절환시 유압펌프로부터 액츄에이터 입구측에 공급되는 유량 및 액츄에이터 출구측에서 유압탱크로 리턴되는 유량을 각각 제어하는 제2미터 인용 제어밸브 및 제2미터 아웃용 제어밸브와, 전기식 조이스틱과, 제어기를 구비하는 건설기계용 유압 액츄에이터 댐핑 제어시스템에 있어서:
상기 조이스틱 조작에 의한 제어신호값, 상기 액츄에이터 입구측에 발생되는 압력값 및 상기 유압펌프측 설정 압력값을 각각 읽어들이는 단계와,
상기 조이스틱 조작에 따른 제어신호값과 상기 조이스틱 조작여부를 판별하기 위한 기준값과의 차이를 판단하는 단계와,
상기 조이스틱 조작에 따른 제어신호값이 기준값을 초과할 경우, 유압펍프측의 설정압력과 상기 액츄에이터 입구측 목표 압력간의 차이를 연산하는 단계와,
상기 액츄에이터 입구측에 발생되는 실제 부하가 목표 압력을 초과하는지를 판단하는 단계와,
상기 액츄에이터 입구측에 발생되는 실제 부하가 목표 압력을 초과할 경우, 상기 액츄에이터 입구측에서 유압탱크로 리턴되는 유량을 각각 제어하는 제1,2미터 아웃용 제어밸브중 어느 하나를 개방시키도록 제어신호를 출력하는 단계를 포함하여,
상기 조이스틱 조작에 따라 상기 액츄에이터 입구측에 발생되는 실제 부하가 목표 압력을 초과할 경우, 상기 제1,2미터아웃용 제어밸브중 어느 하나에 인가되는 제어신호에 의해 개방시켜 액츄에이터에 발생되는 부하 변동으로 인한 쇼크를 저감시키도록 폐루프를 구성하여 반복적으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 유압 액츄에이터 댐핑 제어시스템. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터에 발생되는 압력을 검출하여 검출신호를 상기 제어기에 전송하는 압력센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 유압 액츄에이터 댐핑 제어시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조이스틱 조작에 따라 상기 액츄에이터 입구측에 발생되는 실제 부하가 목표 압력을 초과할 경우, 미리 정해진 커브곡선에서 상기 유압펌프측 설정압력과 상기 액츄에이터 입구측의 목표 압력사이에서 발생되는 최대값에 의해 상기 제1,2미터아웃용 제어밸브중 어느 하나를 개방시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 유압 액츄에이터 댐핑 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압 액츄에이터의 신장구동시에는, 상기 제어기로부터의 제어신호에 의해 상기 제1미터인용 제어밸브 및 상기 제1미터아웃용 제어밸브는 각각 개방하고, 상기 제2미터인용 제어밸브 및 상기 제2미터아웃용 제어밸브는 각각 폐쇄하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 유압 액츄에이터 댐핑 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압 액츄에이터의 수축구동시에는, 상기 제어기로부터의 제어신호에 의해 상기 제2미터인용 제어밸브 및 상기 제2미터아웃용 제어밸브는 각각 개방하고, 상기 제1미터인용 제어밸브 및 상기 제1미터아웃용 제어밸브는 각각 폐쇄하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 유압 액츄에이터 댐핑 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2미터인용 제어밸브 및 상기 제1,2미터아웃용 제어밸브는 상기 제어기로부터의 전기적 제어신호에 의해 절환되는 솔레노이드밸브로 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 유압 액츄에이터 댐핑 제어시스템.
