Claims (13)
- 투석 유닛의 혈액 회로를 위한 혈액 라인 커넥터이며,
혈액 회로 튜브와 밀봉식으로 결합되도록 배열되는 튜브 연결 단부 및 환자 접근 연결 단부를 포함하며,
환자 접근 연결 단부는
외부 나사형 환자 접근부와 유밀식 연결부를 형성하기 위해 외부 나사형 환자 접근부와 결합되도록 배열된 내부 나사형 부분을 갖는 부재와,
상기 부재로부터 튜브 연결 단부를 향해 후방으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 로킹 암을 포함하고,
로킹 암 각각은 손가락 압박 부분 및 바브형 부분을 갖고,
로킹 암은 압입 형태의 연결이 이루어질 때 환자 접근 연결 단부의 외부 표면이 맞물림 커넥터와 유밀식 연결부를 형성하도록 맞물림 커넥터와 밀봉식으로 결합되는 환자 접근 연결 단부를 로킹하기 위해 바브형 부분에서 투석 유닛 상의 맞물림 커넥터와 결합하도록 배열되고, 손가락 압박 부분이 서로를 향해 압박될 때 바브형 부분이 맞물림 커넥터와 결합해제되도록 배열되는
혈액 라인 커넥터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부재의 중심으로부터 연장되는 중심 튜브를 더 포함하는, 혈액 라인 커넥터. - 제2항에 있어서, 내부 나사형 부분 및 중심 튜브는 암형 루어-형태의 환자 접근 커넥터와 맞물리도록 배열되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중심 튜브는 상기 부재의 말단을 넘어 연장되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재의 외부 표면은 절두 원뿔 형상을 갖는, 혈액 라인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재의 외부 표면은 맞물림 커넥터의 적절한 장착부에 반해 압박될 때 밀봉부를 형성하도록 배열되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터는 입구 혈액 라인 커넥터이며,
입구 혈액 라인 커넥터의 튜브 연결 단부는 혈액 회로 조립체의 동맥 혈액 라인에 유체 연결되고,
동맥 혈액 라인은 혈액 회로 조립체의 수납 트레이에 장착되는 펌프 카세트의 입구에 유체 연결되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터. - 제7항에 있어서,
혈액 회로 조립체의 정맥 혈액 라인에 유체 연결된 튜브 연결 단부를 갖는 출구 혈액 라인 커넥터를 더 포함하고,
정맥 혈액 라인은 혈액 회로 조립체의 수납 트레이에 장착되는 공기 트랩에 연결되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터. - 제8항에 있어서,
정맥 혈액 라인 커넥터는 튜브 연결 단부와 대향하는 환자 접근 연결 단부를 포함하고,
환자 접근 연결 단부는
외부 나사형 환자 접근부와 유밀식 연결부를 형성하기 위해 외부 나사형 환자 접근부와 맞물리도록 배열된 내부 나사형 부분을 갖는 부재와,
상기 부재로부터 튜브 연결 단부를 향해 후방으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 로킹 암을 포함하며,
로킹 암 각각은 손가락 압박 부분 및 바브형 부분을 갖고,
로킹 암은 압입 형태의 연결이 이루어질 때 환자 접근 연결 단부의 외부 표면이 맞물림 커넥터와 유밀식 연결부를 형성하도록 맞물림 커넥터와 밀봉식으로 결합되는 환자 접근 연결 단부를 로킹하기 위해 바브형 부분에서 투석 유닛 상의 맞물림 커넥터와 결합하도록 배열되고, 손가락 압박 부분이 서로를 향해 압박될 때 바브형 부분이 맞물림 커넥터와 결합해제되도록 배열되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터. - 제1항에 있어서, 로킹 암 각각의 손가락 압박 부분은 바브형 부분의 후방에 위치되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로킹 암 각각의 바브형 부분은 로킹 암으로부터 외향으로 멀어지게 연장되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재에 가장 가까운 로킹 암의 단부는 상기 부재의 후방에 위치된 플랜지에 부착되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
커넥터의 환자 접근 연결 단부를 수용하는 수용 구멍과,
바브형 부분과 맞물리는 한 쌍의 구멍과,
바브형 부분이 구멍과 맞물릴 때 환자 접근 연결 단부의 외부 표면과 밀봉식으로 결합되는 장착부를 갖는 맞물림 커넥터와 조합되는, 혈액 라인 커넥터.
