도 1B는 본 발명에 따른 알루미늄 컨덕터의 두개의 층(layer)과 외부 보호층(protective layer)에 의해서 둘러싸인 내부 합성코어와 외부 합성코어를 도시하는 알루미늄 컨덕터 합성코어(ACCC) 보강 케이블의 일 실시예를 도시하는 개략적인 모습

Claims (6)
- 수지 매트릭스 재료(resin matrix material);
섬유/수지 매트릭스를 형성하도록 상기 수지 매트릭스 재료(resin matrix material)내에 묻혀지는 복수의 길이방향으로 연장된 유리 섬유(glass fibers)와 복수의 길이방향으로 연장된 탄소 섬유(carbon fibers)를 포함하여 구성되는 합성코어 보강 전기 케이블에 있어서,
상기 유리 섬유(glass fibers)가 탄소 섬유(carbon fibers)를 둘러싸고;
상기 섬유/수지 매트릭스는 합성코어(composite core)를 형성하도록 양생(cure)되어지고;
상기 합성 코어를 둘러싸는 보호 코팅과 상기 합성코어를 둘러싸는 하나 또는 그 이상의 전도체 층을 더 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 탄소 섬유(carbon fibers)가 15 Msi를 초과하는 탄성계수(modulus of elasticity)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성코어 보강 전기 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 섬유(glass fibers)가 6 Msi - 15 Msi의 범위 내에 있는 탄성계수(modulus of elasticity)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성코어 보강 전기 케이블.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 섬유(glass fibers)가 S-유리(S-glass)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성코어 보강 전기 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 코어가 200ksi의 인장강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성코어 보강 전기 케이블.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 합성 코어가 7 Msi - 37 Msi의 범위 내에 있는 탄성계수(modulus of elasticity)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성코어 보강 전기 케이블.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 합성 코어가 1.0 X 10-5/℃ 내지 -0.6 X 10-5/℃ 의 범위 내에 있는 열팽창계수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 코어로 보강된 전기 케이블.
