Claims (8)
- a) 흡착 분산제를 함유하는 Ti02 슬러리의 수성 분산물과 흡착 라텍스를 접촉하여 혼합물을 형성하고(여기에서 Ti02 슬러리와 흡착 라텍스 혼합물의 pH는 Ti02와 흡착 라텍스 사이의 상호작용을 억제할 정도로 충분히 높다);
b) Ti02와 흡착 라텍스 사이의 상호작용을 충분히 촉진하기 위해 a)의 혼합물 pH를 저하시켜서 복합물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, a) 이전에 Ti02 슬러리의 pH를 약 8 내지 9에서 약 10 내지 12로 상승시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물의 pH가 10 내지 12에서 10분 내지 24시간 범위의 시간 동안 유지된 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 흡착 라텍스가 아크릴계, 스티렌-아크릴계, 비닐 에스테르, 또는 에틸렌-비닐 에스테르 함유 라텍스이고, 여기에서 흡착 라텍스가 추가로 흡착 산 모노머의 구조 단위를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 흡착 라텍스가 포스포에틸 메타크릴레이트의 구조 단위를 함유하고 아크릴계 또는 스티렌-아크릴계 라텍스인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, Ti02 슬러리의 pH를 알칸올 아민으로 상승시킨 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 복합물을 페인트 조성물에 제제화하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 레올로지 개질제, 안료, 증량제, 바인더, 분산제, 소포제, 보존제, 살생물제, 유동제, 평탄화제 및 그의 조합으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 첨가제와 복합물을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
