Description
Claims (15)
- (a) 폴리카보네이트,
(b) 폴리포스파젠,
(c) 탈크, 및
(d) 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 난연성 폴리카보네이트 컴파운드(flame retardant polycarbonate compound)로서,
폴리포스파젠이 컴파운드 중에 5 내지 약 15 중량%로 존재하며,
0.75 ㎜의 두께 및 0.4-0.5 ㎜의 두께에서 시험된 컴파운드가 V-0의 UL 94 등급을 갖는, 난연성 폴리카보네이트 컴파운드. - 제 1항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로부탄 설폰산의 칼륨 염을 추가로 포함하며, 0.75 ㎜의 두께에서 시험된 컴파운드가 V-0의 UL 94 등급을 갖는 컴파운드.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 폴리포스파젠의 중량%가 5를 초과하는 경우 및 퍼플루오로부탄 설폰산의 칼륨 염의 중량%가 0.06 미만인 경우에, 0.4-0.5 ㎜의 두께에서 시험된 컴파운드가 V-0의 UL 94 등급을 갖는 컴파운드.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트가 천연 소스(virginal source), 재생 소스(recycled source) 또는 둘 모두의 분지된 폴리카보네이트인 컴파운드.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 접착 촉진제; 살생물제; 방무제(anti-fogging agent); 대전 방지제; 산화방지제(anti-oxidant); 결합, 발포 및 포우밍 제제(bonding, blowing and foaming agent); 분산제; 충전제 및 증량제; 연기 억제제(smoke suppressant); 충격 보강제(impact modifier); 개시제; 윤활제; 운모; 안료, 착색제 및 염료; 가소제; 가공 보조제(processing aid); 이형제; 실란, 티타네이트 및 지르코네이트; 슬립제 및 블로킹 방지제(slip and anti-blocking agent); 안정화제; 스테아레이트; 자외선 광흡수제; 점도 조절제(viscosity regulator); 왁스; 촉매 비활성화제(catalyst deactivator), 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 컴파운드.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항의 컴파운드로부터 제조된 성형품(molded article).
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항의 컴파운드로부터 제조된 압출된 물품(extruded article).
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항의 컴파운드로부터 제조된 캘린더링된 물품(calendered article).
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항의 컴파운드로부터 제조된 열성형된 물품(thermoformed article).
- 컴파운드를 불꽃의 존재 하에 연소 또는 용융 적하(molten dripping)되지 않도록 디자인된 물품으로 형상화(shaping)시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제 1항의 컴파운드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 컴파운드 중의 폴리카보네이트가 천연 소스, 재생 소스 또는 둘 모두의 분지된 폴리카보네이트인 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 형상화가 압출, 성형(molding), 캘린더링, 또는 열성형을 포함하는 방법.
