Claims (15)
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 단계 b)는:
b1) 유기 반 용매(organic anti-solvent)를 단계 a)의 제1 혼합물에 가하여 제2 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
b2) 상기 제2 혼합물의 pH를 약 6.5 내지 약 9.5의 범위로 조정하여 제3 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
b3) 상기 제3 혼합물로부터 페메트렉세드 염을 분리하는 단계
를 포함하는 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서, 단계 b1)-b2)는 10℃를 넘지 않는 온도에서 수행되는 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 단계 b1)-b2)는 5℃를 넘지 않는 온도에서 수행되는 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 단계 a)는 5℃를 넘지 않는 온도에서 수행되는 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 유기 반 용매는 이소프로판올, 프로판올, 아세톤, 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세토니트릴, THF, 및 이들의 조합에서 선택된 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 산 염은 p-TSA, 황산염, 염화수소산염, 브롬화수소산염, 인산염, 차인산염, 요오드화수소산염, 설팜산염, 시트르산염, 아세트산염, 말레산염, 말산염, 숙신산염, 타르타르산염, 신남산염, 벤조산염, 아스코르브산염, 만델산염, 벤젠술폰산염, 메탄술폰산염, 트리플루오로아세트산염, 히푸르산염, 또는 이들의 조합에서 선택된 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 식 (II)의 화합물의 p-TSA 염이 반응 단계에서 사용되는 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, R1 및 R2의 각각은 에틸기인 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 염기성 수용액은 수산화나트륨 용액인 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 페메트렉세드 염은 페메트렉세드 디소듐인 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 15 내지 30℃의 온도에서, 단계 b)로부터 분리된 페메트렉세드 염을 재결정화하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 재결정화는 물 및 유기 반 용매 중에서 수행되는 것인, 페메트렉세드 염의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 단계 a)-c)는 10℃를 넘지 않는 온도에서 수행되는 것인, 식 (III)의 화합물의 제조 방법.
