Claims (17)
- (i) 2.0 g/10 분 미만의 용융 유동 지수 MFI(melt flow index)(230℃, 2.16 kg), 1200 내지 2400 MPa의 굴곡 탄성 계수(flexural modulus), 0.895 내지 0.910 g/cm3의 밀도를 보유하는 폴리프로필렌,
(ii) 0.1 내지 0.20 g/10 분의 용융 유동 지수 MFI(190℃, 2.16 kg)를 보유하는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 및
(iii) 무기 충전제
를 포함하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 20 cN 이상의 용융 강도(melt strength)를 보유하는 조성물.
- (i) 폴리프로필렌, (ii) 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 및 (iii) 무기 충전제를 포함하는 조성물로서, 이 조성물은 20 cN 이상의 용융 강도를 보유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌은 2.0 g/10 분 미만의 용융 유동 지수 MFI(230℃, 2.16 kg), 1200 내지 2400 MPa의 굴곡 탄성 계수, 및 0.895 내지 0.910 g/cm3의 밀도를 보유하고/하거나, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 0.1 내지 2.0 g/10 분의 용융 유동 지수 MFI(190℃, 2.16 kg)를 보유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌은 프로필렌 단독중합체 및/또는 공중합체로 이루어진 매트릭스 및 이 메트릭스 중에 분산된 탄성중합체 상(elastomeric phase)을 포함하는 헤테로상(heterophasic) 폴리프로필렌이고, 여기서 탄성중합체 상은 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체 또는 프로필렌/C4 -8 알파-올레핀 공중합체, 예컨대 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무(EPR)인 것인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 헤테로상 폴리프로필렌은 3 내지 35 중량%의 XCS(xylene cold soluables)의 양을 보유하고/하거나, 헤테로상 폴리프로필렌은 1.5 내지 30 중량%의, 에틸렌 및/또는 C4 -8 알파-올레핀으로부터 유도된 공단량체 단위의 양을 보유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌은 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)에 의해 측정된, 158℃ 이상의 융점을 보유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 2 내지 15의 다분산도(polydispersity) Mw/Mn를 보유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 무기 충전제는 탄산칼슘, 예컨대 분쇄형 탄산칼슘(GCC) 또는 침전형 탄산칼슘(PCC), 돌로마이트, 탈크, 점토, 또는 이들의 임의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 무기 충전제, 보다 바람직하게는 탄산칼슘 및/또는 돌로마이트는 0.5 내지 5 ㎛의 중앙 입자 직경 d50 및/또는 1 내지 15 m2/g의 BET 비표면적, 및/또는 3 내지 30 ㎛의 d98 값을 보유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘 및/또는 돌로마이트는 소수화제, 예컨대 C8 -24 지방산에 의해 표면 처리되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하고/하거나, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 30 내지 70 중량%의 양으로 존재하고/하거나, 무기 충전제는 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조성물은 0.2 중량% 내지 8 중량%의 XCS의 양을 보유하고/하거나, 조성물은 3 g/10 분 이하의 용융 유동 지수 MFI(230℃, 2.16 kg)을 보유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조성물은 20 KJ/m2 이상의 23℃에서의 노치 사르피 충격 강도(notched Charpy impact strength)를 보유하고/하거나, 900 MPa 이상의 인장 탄성 계수(tensible modulus)를 보유하는 것인 조성물.
- 블로우 성형 공정에서 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 블로우 성형 물품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 블로우 성형 물품은 병, 광구형 용기(wide-neck container), 금속 용기(canister) 또는 드럼인 것인 블로우 성형 물품.
