도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단순화된 해양 풍력 발전 플랜트이다.

도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 작업 플랫폼의 방사빔들에 대한 단순화된 상세도를 보여주는 도 3의 발췌도이다.

Claims (17)
- 용접 이음부들을 이용하여 해양 풍력 발전 플랜트(2) 타워(4)의 외부 벽(16) 상에 장착시키도록 구성된 작업 플랫폼(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 해양 풍력 발전 플랜트(2)용 작업 플랫폼(6).
- 제1항에 있어서,
복수의 예비용접 플랫폼 세그먼트들(28,30)을 포함하는 작업 플랫폼(6).
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 플랫폼 세그먼트들은 다른 하중 지지 용량을 가지도록 구성된 작업 플랫폼(6).
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 플랫폼 세그먼트들(28,30)는 강화 플랫폼 세그먼트(28)이고, 상기 작업 플랫폼(6)의 추가 플랫폼 세그먼트들(30)에 비해 보다 높은 하중 지지 용량을 가지도록 구성된 작업 플랫폼(6).
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 강화 플랫폼 세그먼트(28)는 워크-온-에이블(walk-on-able) 기판들(32)을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 기판(36)은 탈착가능하고 상기 강화 플랫폼 세그먼트(28)는 상기 탈착가능한 기판(36) 대신 무거운 하중 트랙 시스템(52)을 권취하도록 구성된 작업 플랫폼(6).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 작업 플랫폼(6)은 상기 타워(4)의 벽(16) 상에 고정 플랜지들(26)에 대응되고, 용접 이음부들을 이용하여 상기 작업 플랫폼(6)과 상기 타워(4)를 연결하기 위한 고정 플랜지들(26)을 가지는 작업 플랫폼(6).
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 고정 플랜지들(26)의 플랜지 표면(262,264)을 제외한, 상기 작업 플랫폼(6)의 표면은 부식방지 코팅을 포함하는 작업 플랫폼(6).
- 타워(4) 및 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 작업 플랫폼(6)을 포함하고, 상기 작업 플랫폼(6)에서 고정 플랜지들(26)에 대응되고, 용접 이음부들을 이용하여 상기 작업 플랫폼(6)과 상기 타워(4)를 연결하기 위한 고정 플랜지들(26)을 포함하는 해양 풍력 발전 플랜트(2)용 타워 세그먼트(14).
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 고정 플랜지들(26)은 스터드들(15)을 이용하여 상기 타워 세그먼트(14)의 외부 벽(16) 상에 장착된 타워 세그먼트(14).
- 타워(4) 및 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 작업 플랫폼(6)을 포함하고, 상기 작업 플랫폼(6)은 용접 이음부들을 이용하여 상기 타워(4)의 외부 벽(16) 상에 장착된 해양 풍력 발전 플랜트(2).
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 작업 플랫폼(6) 및 상기 타워(4)의 벽(16)은 용접 이음부들을 이용하여 상기 작업 플랫폼(6)과 상기 타워(4)의 벽(16)을 연결하기 위한 각각의 대응 고정 플랜지들(26)을 가지고, 상기 각각의 고정 플랜지들(26)의 플랜지 표면(262,264)을 제외한, 상기 작업 플랫폼(6)의 표면 및 상기 타워(4)의 표면은 부식방지 코팅을 포함하는 해양 풍력 발전 플랜트(2).
- 제10항에 있어서,
제5항에 따른 작업 플랫폼(6)을 포함하고, 상기 하중 지지 트랙 시스템(52)은 상기 강화 플랫폼 세그먼트(28)로부터 상기 타워(4) 내부로 범위에 있고, 상기 타워(4)의 내부 구조적인 시스템(48)은 상기 무거운 하중 트랙 시스템(52)의 내부적인 부분을 나르기 위한 무거운 하중 빔들(50)의 삽입에 의해 강화되어 구성되는 해양 풍력 발전 플랜트(2).
- 하기 단계를 포함하고, 타워(4) 및 상기 타워(4)의 벽(16) 상에 장착가능한 복수의 플랫폼 세그먼트들(28,30)을 가지는 작업 플랫폼(6)을 포함하는 해양 풍력 발전 플랜트(2)의 제조방법.
- 적어도 하나의 플랫폼 세그먼트(28,30)를 예비용접하는 단계,
- 하중 지지 용접 이음부를 형성하기 위해 상기 타워(4)의 외부 벽(16) 상에 적어도 하나의 플랫폼 세그먼트(28,30)를 용접하는 단계.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 플랫폼 세그먼트(28,30)를 예비용접한 후 및 상기 타워(4)의 외부 벽(16) 상에 상기 플랫폼 세그먼트(28,30)를 용접하기 전, 부식방지 코팅으로 상기 적어도 하나의 예비용접 플랫폼 세그먼트(28,30) 표면을 코팅하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항 및 제14항에 있어서,
상기 타워(4)의 외부 벽(16) 상에 상기 플랫폼 세그먼트(28,30)를 용접하는 단계는 상기 하중 지지 용접 이음부들을 형성하기 위해 상기 플랫폼 세그먼트(28,30) 및 상기 타워(4)의 대응 고정 플랜지들(26)의 용접을 포함하고, 부식방지 코팅으로 상기 플랫폼 세그먼트(28,30) 표면을 코팅하는 단계는 상기 부식방지 코팅으로 상기 고정 플랜지들(26)의 표면을 제외한, 상기 플랫폼 세그먼트들(28,30) 및/또는 상기 타워(4) 표면의 코팅을 포함하는 방법.
