Claims (6)
- 유리 조성으로서 질량%로 SiO2 40~70%, Al2O3 1~20%, Na2O 1~20%를 함유하고, 또한 유리 중의 수분량이 25mmol/L 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지용 유리 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
유리 조성으로서 질량%로 SiO2 40~70%, Al2O3 3~20%, B2O3 0~15%, Li2O 0~10%, Na2O 1~20%, K2O 0~15%, MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 5~35%, ZrO2 0~10%를 함유하고, 또한 유리 중의 수분량이 25mmol/L 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지용 유리 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
변형점이 560℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지용 유리 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
30~380℃에 있어서의 열팽창 계수가 70×10-7~100×10-7/℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지용 유리 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
박막 태양 전지에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지용 유리 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
색소 증감형 태양 전지에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지용 유리 기판.
