도 4는 튜브의 2개의 칼럼 사이의 공간 위의 위치를 나타내는 도 1의 교환기의 냉매 유출 파이프의 개략적인 단면도,
도 5는 케이싱의 측벽 내에 스탬핑 가공된 채널을 도시하는 본 발명에 따른 열교환기의 부분 사시도,
도 6은 제 1 실시예에 따른 본 발명의 내부 폐쇄 플레이트의 사시도,

Claims (10)
- 가스, 특히 엔진의 배기 가스를 위한 열교환기(1)로서,
가스 유입구(4) 및 가스 유출구(5)를 규정하는 케이싱(3)의 내측에 배열된 튜브(2)의 다발로서, 상기 튜브(2)는 냉매와 열을 교환하기 위해서 가스를 순환시키도록 구성
되고, 상기 튜브(2)는 복수의 열을 갖는 적어도 하나의 칼럼으로 분포되고, 열 사이에는 복수의 공간(8)이 규정되는, 상기 튜브(2)의 다발과,
상기 케이싱(3)에 연결된 냉매 유입 파이프(9) 및 냉매 유출 파이프(10)를 포함하는, 상기 열교환기(1)에 있어서,
상기 케이싱(3) 내로 통합되는 바이패스 채널(11)을 포함하며, 상기 바이패스 채널(11)은, 상기 냉매의 분배를 향상시키는 방식으로, 상기 채널(11)에 대면하여 위치된 상기 튜브(2)의 열 사이에 규정된 상기 공간(8)과 냉매 파이프(10) 중 하나를 연결시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는
열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(2)의 높이는 그 폭보다 작고, 상기 냉매 파이프(10) 중 하나는 상기 튜브(2)의 폭이 가장 넓은 측에 대면하여 위치되는
열교환기. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 냉매 파이프(10) 중 하나는 상기 가스 유입구(4)에 근접하게 배열되어, 상기 가스 유입구(4)에 근접한 영역에서의 상기 냉매 분배를 향상시키는
열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바이패스 채널(11)은 스탬핑 공정을 이용하여 제조되고, 상기 케이싱(3)의 외측 부분을 향해 돌출되도록 구성되는
열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바이패스 채널(11)은 상기 채널(11)에 대면하여 위치된 내부 공간에서 상기 케이싱(3)에 결합된 폐쇄 플레이트(12)와 연관되고, 상기 폐쇄 플레이트(12)는 상기 케이싱(3)의 내측과 상기 바이패스 채널(11) 사이에서 냉매의 제어된 통과를 허용하도록 제공된 적어도 하나의 관통 개구부(13)를 포함하는
열교환기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 내부 폐쇄 플레이트(12)는 2개의 측방향 관통 개구부(13)를 포함하는
열교환기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 내부 폐쇄 플레이트는, 튜브(2)의 2개의 열마다 위치된 공간(8)과 각각 연관된 측면 개구부(13)의 세트, 및 상기 가스 유입구(4)에 근접하게 위치된 상기 냉매 파이프(10)에 대면하여 위치된 적어도 하나의 상부 개구부(13a)를 포함하는
열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바이패스 채널(11)은 제 2 냉매 유출 파이프(10a)를 연결하도록 제공된 측방향 개구부를 포함하는
열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱(3)의 대향 측부(3b) 상에 각각 배열된 2개의 바이패스 채널(11, 11a)을 포함하는
열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바이패스 채널(11)은 그 전체 길이에 걸쳐서 가변 단면을 갖는
열교환기.
