Claims (9)
- 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1)로서,
상기 허니콤 몸체는 제 1 단부 측(2)과, 제 2 단부 측(3)과, 상기 제 1 단부 측 및 상기 제 2 단부 측을 통해 뻗어있는 중앙 축선(4)과, 길이(5)를 갖고, 상기 허니콤 몸체는 상기 중앙 축선(4) 주위에 배치된 적어도 하나의 적어도 부분적으로 구성된 금속 레이어(6)를 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 상기 금속 레이어(6)의 구성체(7)는 상기 중앙 축선(4)에 대해 경사져 뻗어있고 상기 허니콤 몸체(1)의 상기 길이(5)의 한 부분 상에 적어도 뻗어있는 상승부(8) 및 하강부(9)를 구비하며, 그리고 더욱이, 적어도 하나의 금속 연결 스트립(10)이 적어도 하나의 적어도 부분적으로 구성된 금속 레이어(6)의 인접한 구역(11) 사이에 제공되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 금속 연결 스트립은 상기 허니콤 몸체(1)의 상기 길이(5)보다 더 짧고 그리고 상기 인접한 구역(11)에 납땜된 연결(12)부나 또는 용접된 연결부(13)를 형성하는, 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 금속 연결 스트립(10)의 폭(14)은 5 내지 20 mm인, 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1). - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 금속 연결 스트립(10)이 상기 중앙 축선(4) 주위와 상기 허니콤 몸체(1)의 하나의 단부 측(2, 3) 근처에 적어도 배치되는, 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1). - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 금속 연결 스트립(10)은, 적어도 하나의 적어도 부분적으로 구성된 금속 레이어(4)가, 상기 허니콤 몸체(1)의 축선방향 섹션(15)에서, 적어도 부분적으로 구성된 다른 금속 레이어(6)와 접촉하는 것을 방지하거나, 또는 그 자체와 접촉하는 것을 방지하는, 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1). - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상승부(8)나 상기 하강부(9)와 상기 중앙 축선(4) 사이의 각도(16)가 많아야 20°인, 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1). - 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1)의 제조 방법으로서,
a) 구성된 금속 레이어(6)를 밴드 형태로 제공하는 단계,
b) 상기 구성된 금속 레이어(6)의 제 1 표면(19)의 서브-섹션 상에 금속 연결 스트립(10)을 배치하는 단계,
c) 상기 금속 연결 스트립(10)과 상기 구성된 금속 레이어(6) 사이에 용접된 연결부(13)를 형성하는 단계,
d) 금속 연결 스트립(10)과 구성된 금속 레이어(6)로 이루어진 용접된 기기를 권취하는 단계,
e) 상기 금속 연결 스트립(10) 상에 상기 구성된 금속 레이어의 제 2 표면(20)의 서브-섹션을 배치하는 단계,
f) 상기 금속 연결 스트립(10)과 상기 구성된 금속 레이어(6) 사이에 용접된 연결부(13)를 형성하는 단계,
g) 복수의 채널 개구(22)를 갖는 허니콤 구성체(21)가 형성될 때까지, 단계 b) 내지 단계 f)를 반복하는 단계,
h) 상기 허니콤 구성체(21)를 하우징(23)에 삽입하는 단계,
i) 상기 허니콤 구성체(21)를 상기 하우징(23)과 연결하는 단계를 적어도 포함하고,
상기 구성된 금속 레이어는 상기 금속 레이어(6)의 엣지(17)와 관련하여 경사져 형성된 상승부(8) 및 하강부(9)를 구비한 구성체(7)를 구비하는, 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1)의 제조 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
롤 시임 용접 공정이나 또는 레이저 용접의 공정이 단계 c) 및 단계 f)에서 실행되는, 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1)의 제조 방법. - 청구항 6 또는 7에 있어서,
단계 c) 및 단계 f)에 있어서, 각각의 경우에 상기 구성된 금속 레이어(6)의 상승부(8)에만 또는 하강부(9)에만 연결이 만들어지는, 배기-가스 후처리용 허니콤 몸체(1)의 제조 방법. - 배기 시스템(30)을 구비하고 있는 내연 기관(32)을 포함한 자동차(29)로서,
상기 배기 시스템(30)은 적어도 하나의 촉매 기판(31)이나 또는 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 따른 허니콤 몸체(1)로 형성된 파티클 분리기(34)를 구비한 자동차(29).
