Claims (12)
- 차륜과 함께 회전하는 디스크에 마찰력을 부여함으로써 차륜을 제동하는 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치이며,
차체에 지지되는 캘리퍼 본체와,
상기 디스크에 미끄럼 접촉함으로써 마찰력이 부여 가능한 제륜자와,
상기 제륜자를 지지하는 가이드 플레이트와,
상기 가이드 플레이트를 지지함과 함께, 상기 캘리퍼 본체에 진퇴 가능하게 설치되는 앵커 핀과,
상기 캘리퍼 본체에 진퇴 가능하게 설치되는 피스톤과,
상기 피스톤의 전방면에 고정됨과 함께, 상기 앵커 핀에 지지되는 피스톤 플레이트와,
상기 캘리퍼 본체 내에 압력실을 구획 형성하도록 상기 피스톤의 배면에 설치되고, 당해 압력실 내의 작동 유체압에 의해 탄성 변형함으로써,
상기 피스톤, 상기 피스톤 플레이트, 및 상기 가이드 플레이트를 개재하고, 상기 제륜자를 이동시키는 탄성막과,
상기 피스톤 플레이트와 상기 가이드 플레이트 사이에 배치되는 중간 부재를 구비하고,
상기 중간 부재가 상기 피스톤 플레이트와 상기 가이드 플레이트 사이에 개재됨으로써, 상기 피스톤 플레이트와 상기 가이드 플레이트 사이에 간극이 형성되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 플레이트는, 상기 중간 부재의 일부를 수용하는 제1 수용 오목부를 구비하는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 수용 오목부의 깊이는, 당해 깊이 방향에 있어서의 상기 중간 부재의 두께보다도 작게 설정되고,
상기 중간 부재가 상기 제1 수용 오목부로부터 돌출하도록 설치됨으로써, 상기 피스톤 플레이트와 상기 가이드 플레이트 사이에 상기 간극이 형성되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간 부재는, 상기 제1 수용 오목부에 수용되어 있지 않은 측의 단부면이 상기 가이드 플레이트에 접촉하도록 배치되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 부재는, 전열을 억제하기 위한 구멍부를 구비하고, 상기 제륜자로부터의 열이 상기 구멍부 이외의 상기 중간 부재를 개재해서 상기 피스톤측으로 전달하도록 구성되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 부재는, 단열 부재인, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 배면에는, 상기 제1 수용 오목부와 대응하는 위치에 제2 수용 오목부가 형성되어 있고,
상기 피스톤 플레이트 및 상기 피스톤은, 상기 제1 수용 오목부 및 상기 제2 수용 오목부의 한쪽의 저부에 배치된 볼트와 다른 쪽의 저부에 배치된 너트를 개재하여, 서로 체결되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 너트는, 접시 스프링을 개재해서 상기 볼트에 나사 결합하는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 수용 오목부는, 공기실로서 구성되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 및 상기 피스톤 플레이트는, 단열체를 개재해서 연결되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤과 상기 피스톤 플레이트 사이에는, 공기층이 더 형성되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캘리퍼 본체에 설치되고, 상기 피스톤을 수용하는 실린더와,
상기 실린더와 상기 피스톤과 사이에 설치되는 더스트 부츠를 더 구비하고,
상기 더스트 부츠는, 통 형상 부재로서 형성되어 있고,
상기 더스트 부츠의 일단부는 상기 실린더의 선단 외주에 고정되고, 타단부는 상기 피스톤의 선단 외주에 고정되는, 캘리퍼 브레이크 장치.
