Si: 0.02∼2.5%,
Mn: 0.35∼2.0%,
Al: 0.001∼2.0%,
Cr: 0.01∼3.0%,
S: 0.040% 이하,
N: 0.0030∼0.02%
를 함유하고,
O: 0.005% 이하,
P: 0.025% 이하
로 각각 제한하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물이고,
표면으로부터 0.2㎜ 깊이까지의 고용 N 농도가 0.05∼1.50%이고,
300℃에서 템퍼링한 후의 표면으로부터 0.2㎜ 깊이까지의 비커스 경도가 Hv 600 이상이고,
유효 경화층 깊이 t가 0.5㎜ 이상이고, 또한 파손 위험 부위의 반경 또는 두께의 절반을 r(㎜)로 할 때, t/r≤0.35인 것을 특징으로 하는, 면 피로 강도가 우수한, 연질화 고주파 켄칭 강 부품. - 제1항에 있어서,
모재의 화학 조성의 Fe의 일부 대신에, 질량%로, Nb: 0.3% 이하, Ti: 0.3% 이하, V: 1.0% 이하, Ni: 3.0% 이하, Cu: 3.0% 이하, Co: 3.0% 이하, Mo: 1.0% 이하, W: 0.5% 이하, B: 0.005% 이하, Ca: 0.01% 이하, Mg: 0.01% 이하, Zr: 0.05% 이하, Te: 0.1% 이하, Pb: 0.5% 이하, REM: 0.005% 이하 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연질화 고주파 켄칭 강 부품.
