Abstract
Description
도 2는 제1 실시예의 하이브리드 차량에 있어서, (a)는 당해 하이브리드 차량의 구동계 및 그 전체 제어 시스템을 나타내는 개략 계통도이며, (b)는 당해 하이브리드 차량의 구동계에 있어서의 V 벨트식 무단 변속기에 내장된 부변속기 내에 있어서의 클러치의 체결 논리도이다.
도 3은 제1 실시예의 변속기 컨트롤러에 저장되는 변속 맵의 일례이다.
도 4는 제1 실시예의 하이브리드 차량의 주행 모드가 설정된 모드 맵이다.
도 5는 제1 실시예의 배리에이터에 있어서의 힘의 작용 반작용을 나타내는 개략도이다.

Claims (10)
- 엔진과 무단 변속기와 구동용 모터를 갖고, 구동용 모터로 구동륜을 구동 또는 회생 제동하고 있을 때에 구동륜과 무단 변속기 사이를 해방 가능한 클러치를 설치한 하이브리드 차량에 있어서,
상기 클러치를 해방하고 있을 때에 상기 엔진을 정지하는 엔진 정지 수단과,
해당 엔진 정지 수단이 상기 엔진을 정지하고 있을 때에 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비를 유지하는 변속비 유지 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진으로 구동되어 상기 무단 변속기에 유압을 공급하는 기계식 오일 펌프를 구비하고,
상기 변속비 유지 수단은, 상기 엔진 정지 수단이 상기 엔진을 정지하고 있을 때는, 전동 모터로 구동되는 전동식 오일 펌프에 의해 상기 무단 변속기에 유압을 공급해서 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무단 변속기는 프라이머리 풀리와, 세컨더리 풀리와, 양 풀리 간에 걸쳐진 무단부 가요 부재와, 상기 세컨더리 풀리의 클램프력을 발생시키는 탄성체를 갖고,
상기 변속비 유지 수단은, 상기 프라이머리 풀리에 일정압을 공급함으로써 변속비를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 변속비 유지 수단은, 상기 탄성체에 의해 상기 무단부 가요 부재에 발생하는 세컨더리 장력과, 상기 일정압에 의해 상기 무단부 가요 부재에 발생하는 프라이머리 장력과의 차의 절댓값이, 상기 각 풀리와 상기 무단부 가요 부재 사이에 발생하는 미끄럼 이동 저항에 의해 발생하는 저항 장력보다도 작아지도록 상기 일정압을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진을 정지한 채 정차했을 때는, 정차 중에도 상기 유지된 변속비의 유지를 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기계식 오일 펌프를 유압원으로 하는 유압 회로의 라인압이 소정압 미만, 상기 기계식 오일 펌프의 토출압이 소정압 미만, 상기 엔진의 회전수가 소정 회전수 미만, 상기 기계식 오일 펌프의 회전수가 소정 회전수 미만 중 어느 하나가 성립되었을 때는, 상기 전동식 오일 펌프의 작동을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진으로 주행하는 하이브리드 주행 모드로부터, 상기 엔진을 정지해서 상기 구동용 모터로 구동륜을 구동 또는 회생 제동하는 전기 주행 모드로의 전환 지령이 출력되었을 때에 상기 전동식 오일 펌프를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은, 상기 전기 주행 모드로부터 상기 하이브리드 주행 모드로의 전환 지령이 출력되었을 때에 상기 전동식 오일 펌프의 작동을 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은, 상기 기계식 오일 펌프를 유압원으로 하는 유압 회로의 라인압이 소정압 이상, 상기 기계식 오일 펌프의 토출압이 소정압 이상, 상기 엔진의 회전수가 소정 회전수 이상, 상기 기계식 오일 펌프의 회전수가 소정 회전수 이상 중 어느 하나가 성립되었을 때는, 상기 전동식 오일 펌프의 작동을 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소정의 조건이 성립되었을 때는, 상기 전동식 오일 펌프의 작동을 금지하는 전동식 오일 펌프 작동 금지 수단을 갖고,
상기 전동식 오일 펌프의 작동이 금지되고 있을 때는, 상기 구동용 모터로 구동륜을 구동 또는 회생 제동하는 전기 주행 모드를 선택해야 할 운전 상태라도 상기 전기 주행 모드를 금지해서 상기 엔진으로 주행하는 하이브리드 주행 모드를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량.
