Claims (5)
- C: 0.02∼0.15%(%는 질량%의 의미. 이하 동일),
Si: 0.02∼0.50%,
Mn: 0.6∼2.0%,
P: 0% 초과 0.030% 이하,
S: 0% 초과 0.003% 이하,
Al: 0.010∼0.08%,
Ca: 0.0003∼0.0060%,
N: 0.001∼0.01%, 및
O(산소): 0% 초과 0.0045% 이하를 만족시키고, 잔부가 철 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지고,
상기 Ca와 상기 S의 비(Ca/S)가 2.0 이상이며, 또한
판 두께 방향으로 표면으로부터 깊이 5mm까지의 영역의 최대 Ca 농도(Cmax)와 상기 영역의 평균 Ca 농도(Cave)의 비(Cmax/Cave)가 1.20 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내수소유기균열성과 인성이 우수한 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로 다른 원소로서, 이하의 (a), (b) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 강판.
(a) B: 0% 초과 0.005% 이하,
V: 0% 초과 0.1% 이하,
Cu: 0% 초과 1.5% 이하,
Ni: 0% 초과 1.5% 이하,
Cr: 0% 초과 1.5% 이하,
Mo: 0% 초과 1.5% 이하, 및
Nb: 0% 초과 0.06% 이하로 이루어지는 군
(b) Ti: 0% 초과 0.03% 이하,
Mg: 0% 초과 0.01% 이하,
REM: 0% 초과 0.02% 이하, 및
Zr: 0% 초과 0.010% 이하로 이루어지는 군 - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
라인 파이프용인 강판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
압력 용기용인 강판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 강판을 이용하여 제조되는 라인 파이프용 강관.
