Claims (6)
- 비누화도가 35몰% 이상 65몰% 이하이고, 또한 점도 평균 중합도가 100 이상 480 이하이고, 말단에 탄소수 6 이상 12 이하의 지방족 탄화수소기를 갖고, 잔존 에스테르기의 블록 캐릭터가 0.5 이상인 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A), 및 물을 함유하는 수성액 형태의 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제로서,
상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)의 농도가 20질량% 이상 50질량% 이하이고,
상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)의 점도 평균 중합도 P와 지방족 탄화수소기의 변성률 S의 관계가 다음에 나타내는 식 (1)의 범위 내에 있는, 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
50≤S×P/1.880≤100 (1) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)의 점도 평균 중합도가 150 이상인, 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비누화도가 65몰%를 초과하고, 또한 점도 평균 중합도가 480을 초과하는 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (B)를 추가로 포함하는, 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)와 상기 비닐 알코올계 중합체 (B)의 질량비 [비닐 알코올계 중합체 (A)]/[비닐 알코올계 중합체 (B)]가 고형분비로 10/90 내지 55/45인, 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제.
- 제1항에 기재된 현탁 중합용 분산 안정제의 존재하에 비닐 화합물의 현탁 중합을 실시하는 공정을 포함하는, 비닐계 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 현탁 중합이 물의 존재하에 실시되고, 상기 비닐 화합물과 상기 물의 질량비 [비닐계 화합물]/[물]이 3/4보다 큰, 제조 방법.
