Abstract
Description
도 1은 합성예 1에서 얻어진 (2-b) 화합물, 합성예 2에서 얻어진 (3-b) 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물의 흡수 스펙트럼이다.
도 2는 실시예 1 내지 3에 있어서 측정된, 두께 2㎜의 광학 재료(플라노 렌즈)의 투과율 곡선이다.
도 3은 실시예 4, 5에 있어서 측정된, 두께 2㎜의 광학 재료(플라노 렌즈)의 투과율 곡선이다.
도 4는 실시예 6, 7에 있어서 측정된, 두께 2㎜의 광학 재료(플라노 렌즈)의 투과율 곡선이다.
도 5는 실시예 8, 비교예 1에 있어서 측정된, 두께 2㎜의 광학 재료(플라노 렌즈)의 투과율 곡선이다.
Claims (22)
- 두께 2㎜로 측정한 투과율 곡선의 파장 445㎚ 내지 470㎚에 투과율의 극소값을 갖는, 광학 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,
두께 2㎜로 측정한 투과율 곡선이, 이하 (1) 내지 (4)의 특성을 만족하는, 광학 재료.
(1) 파장 400㎚ 내지 440㎚에 투과율의 극대값을 갖고, 또한, 그 극대 투과율이 50% 이상이다.
(2) 파장 445㎚ 내지 470㎚에 투과율의 극소값을 갖는다.
(3) 파장 500㎚에 있어서의 투과율이 70% 이상이다.
(4) 파장 445㎚ 내지 470㎚의 투과율의 극소값이, 파장 500㎚에 있어서의 투과율의 4/5 이하이다. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
농도 0.01g/L 클로로포름 용액의 광로 길이 10㎜로 측정한 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서, 파장 445㎚ 내지 470㎚의 범위에 흡수 피크가 있고, 또한 상기 흡수 피크의 반값폭이 10㎚ 이상 50㎚ 미만인 유기 색소를 1종 이상 포함하는, 광학 재료. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
농도 0.01g/L 클로로포름 용액의 광로 길이 10㎜로 측정한 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서, 445 내지 455㎚에 흡수 피크가 있는 유기 색소와 460㎚ 내지 470㎚에 흡수 피크가 있는 유기 색소를 포함하는, 광학 재료. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유기 색소가 5 내지 100ppm 포함되는, 광학 재료. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
파장 455㎚ 내지 465㎚에 투과율의 극소값을 갖는, 광학 재료. - 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 색소가, 하기 화학식 (A)로 표시되는 포르피린계 화합물로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는, 광학 재료.
[식 중, X1 내지 X8은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자를 나타냄. 단, X1 내지 X8의 전부가 수소 원자인 경우는 없음. R1 내지 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 직쇄 또는 분지된 알킬기를 나타내며, M은 2개의 수소 원자, 2가의 금속 원자, 3가의 치환 금속 원자, 4가의 치환 금속 원자, 수산화 금속 원자, 또는 산화 금속 원자를 나타냄] - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 유기 색소가, 상기 화학식 (A)로 표시되는 포르피린계 화합물로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는, 광학 재료. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 유기 색소는, 상기 화학식 (A)로 표시되는 포르피린계 화합물로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 화합물의 혼합물이며, 농도 0.01g/L 클로로포름 용액의 광로 길이 10㎜로 측정한 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서, 445㎚ 내지 470㎚에 흡수 피크를 갖는, 광학 재료. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리우레탄, 폴리티오우레탄, 폴리술피드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 및 폴리올레핀으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는, 광학 재료. - 광학 재료용 수지 또는 수지 단량체와, 유기 색소로서 하기 화학식 (A)로 표시되는 1종 이상의 포르피린계 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 유기 색소가, 상기 광학 재료용 수지 또는 상기 수지 단량체의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 0.0005 내지 0.01중량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 재료용 조성물.

상기 광학 재료용 수지가, 폴리우레탄, 폴리티오우레탄, 폴리술피드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 및 폴리올레핀으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 광학 재료용 조성물. - 상기 유기 색소와, 상기 광학 재료용 수지 또는 상기 수지 단량체를 혼합하여, 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 재료용 조성물을 얻는 공정과,
상기 광학 재료용 조성물을 경화시키는 공정을 포함하는, 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 재료용 조성물을 중합 경화시켜 이루어지는, 성형체.
- 제16항에 기재된 성형체를 포함하는, 광학 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 및 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 재료를 포함하는, 플라스틱 안경 렌즈.
- 렌즈 기재가, 제1항 내지 제10항 및 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 재료를 포함하는, 플라스틱 안경 렌즈.
- 제16항에 기재된 성형체를 포함하는, 필름.
- 렌즈 기재 표면의 적어도 한쪽 면 상에 필름층을 구비하고, 상기 필름층은 제20항에 기재된 필름을 포함하는, 플라스틱 안경 렌즈.
- 렌즈 기재 표면의 적어도 한쪽 면 상의 코팅층을 구비하고, 상기 코팅층은 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 재료용 조성물을 포함하는, 플라스틱 안경 렌즈.
