도 2는 종래 인버터 시스템에서 제어부를 설명하기 위한 구성도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 인버터 시스템에서 본 발명의 일실시예의 제어부를 설명하기 위한 일예시도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 보상전압 생성부를 설명하기 위한 일실시예 상세 구성도이다.

Claims (9)
- 입력되는 교류 전압을 소정 크기 및 주파수를 가지는 전압으로 변환하여 전동기에 인가하는 인버터의 제어장치에 있어서,
지령 주파수로부터 전압지령을 생성하는 제1생성부;
상기 인버터의 출력전류를 동기좌표계상의 토크전류로 변환하는 제1변환부; 및
상기 토크전류와 전동기 정보를 이용하여 상기 지령전압을 보상하는 보상전압을 생성하여 상기 제1생성부로 인가하는 제2생성부를 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전압지령을 정지좌표계상 전압지령으로 변환하는 제2변환부;
상기 제2변환부의 출력인, 변환된 전압지령을 전동기 정격에 따라 조정하는 조정부; 및
전압이 조정된 전압지령에 따라 상기 인버터의 복수의 전력용 스위칭 소자를 제어하는 펄스폭변조(PWM) 신호를 생성하는 제3생성부를 더 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 토크전류의 고조파 성분을 제어하는 저대역필터(LPF)를 더 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 잇어서, 상기 제2생성부는,
상기 전동기 정보와, 미리 설정된 전압이득에 따라 부스트 전압을 생성하는 제4생성부; 및
상기 토크전류의 K-팩터와 상기 부스트 전압을 곱하여 보상전압을 생성하는 제1승산부를 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2생성부는,
상기 토크전류와 토크전류기준을 비교하는 비교부를 더 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비교부는, 상기 토크전류가 상기 토크전류기준보다 큰 경우 1을 출력하고, 상기 토크전류가 상기 토크전류기준보다 크지 않은 경우 0을 출력하는 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2생성부는,
상기 비교부의 출력과 상기 제4생성부의 출력을 곱하는 제2승산부를 더 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2생성부는,
상기 보상전압을 소정 전압 이하로 제한하는 제한부를 더 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전동기 정보는,
상기 전동기의 슬립주파수와, 상기 전동기의 용량을 포함하는 제어장치.
