Claims (5)
- 스크롤형 압축기이며,
고정된 스크롤과,
이동 가능한 스크롤과,
하우징에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지되는 회전식 샤프트와,
회전식 샤프트의 회전 축에 대해 편심인 위치에서 이동 가능한 스크롤을 향해 회전식 샤프트로부터 연장하는 편심 샤프트와,
편심 샤프트 주위에서 스윙 가능하고 이동 가능한 스크롤을 상대적으로 회전 가능하게 지지하는 부시와,
부시의 외부 주연 상에 장착되는 원통형 부재와,
부시로부터 연장하는 편심 샤프트의 일 단부 상에 장착되는 회전 방지 부재로서, 원통형 부재가 부시에 대해 회전하는 것을 방지하기 위해 원통형 부재의 맞물림 부분과 맞물리는 회전 방지 부재와,
편심 샤프트의 상기 단부 상에 장착되고 회전 방지 부재가 편심 샤프트로부터 탈락하는 것을 방지하는 미끄럼 방지 부재를 포함하고,
회전 방지 부재는 오일이 부시와 편심 샤프트의 활주 표면들 사이를 통과할 수 있게 하는 오일 통로를 갖는
스크롤형 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서, 회전 방지 부재 및 미끄럼 방지 부재는 각각 와셔 및 C 형 보유링인 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 와셔는 C 형상 링이고 오일 통로는 와셔의 대향 단부들 사이의 틈새에 의해 형성되는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이동 가능한 스크롤은 부시에 대해 회전 가능하도록 베어링을 통해 부시에 의해 지지되고, 베어링의 내부 레이스는 원통형 부재를 형성하고 부시와 함께 일체로 회전할 수 있는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 맞물림 부분은 원통형 부재의 내부 주연 표면의 일부가 반경방향으로 오목하게 되도록 아치 형상으로 형성되고, 맞물림 부분의 내부 주연 표면의 곡률 반경은 맞물림 부분 이외의 원통형 부재의 내부 주연 표면의 곡률 반경보다 작은 스크롤형 압축기.
