Abstract
[해결 수단] 히터 튜브(1)는, 상부에 개구(4)를 가지는 통 형상의 몸통부(3)을 구비한다. 몸통부(3)는, 상측 몸통부(30)와 하측 몸통부(31)로 이루어진다. 상측 몸통부(30)는, 탄화 규소를 주성분으로 하는 재료에 의해 형성되어, 용융 금속(M) 중에 침지했을 때에 액면(l)과 접촉하도록 그 높이가 설정되어 있다. 하측 몸통부(31)는, 탄소를 주성분으로 하는 재료에 의해 형성되어, 외주면에 축방향으로 뻗는 오목 형상의 홈부(32)가 둘레 방향을 따라서 간격을 두고 복수개 형성되어 있다.

Claims (5)
- 용융 금속을 내부에서부터 가열하는 침지 히터를 보호하는 밑바닥 있는 통 형상의 히터 튜브로서,
상부에 개구를 가진 통 형상의 몸통부를 포함하되,
상기 몸통부는, 상기 개구 측의 상측 몸통부와 밑바닥 측의 하측 몸통부로 이루어지고,
상기 상측 몸통부는, 탄화 규소를 주성분으로 하는 재료에 의해 형성되어, 용융 금속 중에 침지했을 때에 액면과 접촉하도록 높이가 설정되어 있으며,
상기 하측 몸통부는, 탄소를 주성분으로 하는 재료에 의해 형성되어, 외주면에 축방향으로 뻗는 오목 형상의 홈부가 둘레 방향을 따라서 간격을 두고 복수개 형성되어 있는 히터 튜브. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하측 몸통부는, 상기 홈부가 형성됨으로써, 상기 홈부가 없을 경우와 비교해서 단위길이당의 표면적이 1.5배 내지 2.5배인 히터 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈부의 축방향과 직교하는 방향의 단면에서 본 형상이 사다리꼴 형상인 히터 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상측 몸통부의 높이는 상기 몸통부의 높이에 대한 비율로 30% 내지 60%인 히터 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상측 몸통부의 열팽창률과 상기 하측 몸통부의 열팽창률의 차이가 0.3% 이하인 히터 튜브.
