Claims (15)
- 강화 섬유와 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 프리프레그 기재의 표면의 적어도 한쪽에, 공극률 50% 이상 99% 이하의 시트상물을 적층한 적층 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프리프레그 기재가, 일 방향으로 배향된 상기 강화 섬유와 상기 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 프리프레그를 복수매 적층하고 있는 프리프레그 적층 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프리프레그 기재가, 상기 강화 섬유의 섬유속 또는 상기 강화 섬유의 단섬유가 상기 열가소성 수지 중에 분산되어 있는 프리프레그 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프리프레그 기재가, 일 방향으로 배향된 상기 강화 섬유를 포함하는 프리프레그의 직사각형의 칩이 랜덤상으로 분산되어 있는 프리프레그 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 프리프레그 기재를 구성하는 상기 강화 섬유의 길이가 10∼100mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트상물이 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트상물이 무기 섬유로 이루어지는 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트상물이 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트상물이 발포 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트상물의 두께가 0.01mm 이상 10mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트상물에 의해, 프리프레그 적층 기재의 표면의 적어도 한쪽 면의 총면적에 대하여, 프리프레그 적층 기재의 표면의 적어도 한쪽 면의 30면적% 이상이 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 프리프레그 기재와 상기 시트상물이 접착되어 있지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적층 기재가 스탬핑 성형용 적층 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재. - (1) 강화 섬유와 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 프리프레그 기재를, 프리프레그를 구성하는 열가소성 수지의 융점 또는 유리전이점 이상으로 가열한 후에, 공극률 50% 이상 99% 이하의 시트상물을 프리프레그 기재의 표면의 적어도 한쪽에 적층하여 적층 기재를 얻는 것, 또는 (2) 강화 섬유와 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 프리프레그 기재에, 공극률 50% 이상 99% 이하의 시트상물을 프리프레그 기재의 표면의 적어도 한쪽에 적층한 후에, 얻어진 적층체를 프리프레그를 구성하는 열가소성 수지의 융점 또는 유리전이점 이상의 온도로 가열하여 적층 기재를 얻는 것을 포함하고,
이어서 상기 적층 기재를, 상기 프리프레그를 구성하는 상기 열가소성 수지의 융점 또는 유리전이점 이하의 온도로 설정한 금형에 투입하고, 이어서 스탬핑 성형하는 것을 포함하는 적층 기재의 성형품의 제조 방법. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 금형의 온도가 50℃∼200℃인 제조 방법.
