Claims (11)
- 기판 및 한 그룹의 다종 재료를 제조하는 단계 1,
상기 기판을 가공해 기판 가공면을 얻고 사용할 수 있도록 준비하는 단계 2,
적층체를 제조하고, 상기 기판 가공면에 다종 재료로 단일재료층을 차례로 제작해 적층체를 형성하고, 상기 적층체는 적어도 두개의 단일재료층을 적층해 형성하는 단계 3,
적층체를 가공하고, 설계 요구에 따라 상기 적층체 상단 단면으로부터 입체 절삭 가공을 진행하고, 가공 후의 상기 적층체 가공면의 모든 점을 설계 요구상 지정된 단일재료층 내에 도달시켜 적층 가공체를 얻는 단계 4,
상기 얻은 적층 가공체를 밀봉된 탄성 슬리브 내에 씌운 후 상기 탄성 슬리브에 진공 펌핑을 진행해 상기 탄성 슬리브 내부를 진공 상태로 만드는 단계 5,
압축성형하고, 상기의 탄성 슬리브를 강성 몰드 내에 넣고, 강성 가압 또는 등압을 이용해 적층 가공체를 압축변형해 혼합 입체 성형체를 얻는 단계 6을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 기판 및 한 그룹의 다종 재료를 제조하는 단계 1,
상기 기판을 가공해 개구부가 있는 병 모양의 가공면을 얻는 단계 2,
적층체를 제조하고, 개구부가 있는 병 모양의 기판 표면에 다종 재료로 단일재료층을 차례로 제작해 상기 개구부가 있는 병 모양의 적층체를 형성하고, 상기 적층체는 적어도 두 개의 단일재료층을 적층하여 형성하는 단계 3,
적층체를 가공하고, 설계 요구에 따라 상기 적층체 단면으로부터 입체 절삭 가공을진행하고, 가공 후의 적층체 가공면의 모든 점을 설계 요구 상 지정된 단일재료층 내에 도달시켜 상기 개구부가 있는 병 모양의 적층 가공체를 얻는 단계 4,
상기 얻은 개구부가 있는 병 모양의 적층 가공체를 밀봉된 탄성 슬리브 내에 씌우고, 다시 상기 탄성 슬리브에 진공 펌핑을 진행해 상기 탄성 슬리브 내부를 진공 상태로 만드는 단계 5,
압축성형하고, 상기의 탄성 슬리브를 개구부가 있는 병 모양의 강성 몰드 내에 넣고, 개구부가 있는 병 모양 몰드의 개구부 지점에서 내부를 향해 고압 기체 또는 액체를 주입하고, 고압 기체 또는 액체는 탄성 슬리브 벽을 통해 적층 가공체에 압력을 가함으로써 적층 가공체를 변형시키고, 적층 가공체의 가공 표면이 강성 몰드의 벽 상방으로 이동하고, 적층 가공체의 내부 분포도 상응하는 변화가 발생해, 설계 요구에 부합하는 다종 재료의 새로운 분포를 얻음으로써 혼합 입체 성형체를 얻는 단계 6을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 기판 및 한 그룹의 다종 재료를 제조하는 단계 1,
상기 기판을 가공해 평면 판재 가공면을 얻는 단계 2,
적층체를 제조하고, 상기 평면 판재형의 기판 가공면에 다종 재료로 단일재료층을 차례로 제작해 적층체를 형성하고, 상기 적층체는 적어도 두 개의 단일재료층을 적층해 형성하는 단계 3.
적층체를 가공하고, 설계 요구에 따라 적층체 단면으로부터 입체 절삭 가공을 진행하고, 상기 가공 후의 적층체 가공면의 모든 점을 설계 요구상 지정된 단일재료층 내에 도달시켜 적층 가공체를 얻는 단계 4,
용융 변형시키고, 상기 적층 가공체를 바닥이 수평면인 강성 몰드 내에 수평으로 넣고, 고온로 내에서 가열해 적층가공체를 점차 연화시키고, 중력과 표면장력 작용 하에서 변형이 발생하고, 그 적층 가공면이 수평면으로 이동해 혼합 입체 성형체를 얻는 단계 5를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 기판 및 한 그룹의 다종 재료를 제조하는 단계 1,
상기 기판을 가공해 기판 작업면에서 입체 절삭 가공을 진행하고, 가공 후의 기판 가공면의 모든 점의 깊이가 설계 요구 깊이에 부합하도록 하는 단계 2,
적층체를 제작하고, 상기 기판 가공면에 단일재료층을 차례로 제작해 적층체를 형성하고, 상기 적층체는 적어도 두개의 단일재료층을 적층해 형성하는 단계 3,
적층체를 가공하고, 상기 적층체는 기판 작업면과 평행한 단면을 따라 절삭 가공을 진행해 혼합 입체 성형체를 얻는 단계 4를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 제 1항 또는 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
주어진 사진에 의거해 사진 사이즈와 동일한 평면 판재형 기판 가공면과 색깔이 점차적으로 변하는 재료로 구성된 다종 재료를 제조하고, 다시 색깔이 점차 변하는 순서로 평면 판재형 기판 가공면에 단일재료층을 차례로 제조해 적층체를 형성하고, 적층의 절삭 가공은 사진의 그레이스케일에 따라 진행하고, 적층 단면의 각 점의 가공 깊이는 사진에서 상응하는 점의 그레이스케일 값에 비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
주어진 사진에 의거해 사진 사이즈와 동일한 평면 기판 작업면과 색깔이 점차적으로 변하는 재료로 구성된 다종 재료를 제조하고, 다시 기판 작업면에서 절삭 가공을 진행하고, 상기 가공면 모든 점의 가공 깊이는 주어진 사진에서 상응하는 점의 그레이스케일 값에 비례하도록 하고, 다시 색깔이 점차 변하는 순서로 평면 판재형 기판 가공면에 단일재료층을 차례로 제작해 적층체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단일재료층의 재료는 분말상을 사용할 수 있고, 입도는 0.1mm보다 크지 않고, 상기 각 단일재료층의 두께가 균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단일재료층은 두께가 균일한 박편상 재료를 사용해 이것을 하나씩 적층체로 쌓을 수 있으며, 상기 단일재료층의 두께는 5m보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 단일재료층은 기판 작업면 법선 방향의 두께가 균등한 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다종 재료의 적층 공정은 스프레잉 또는 브러싱 또는 침강 또는 흡착 또는 인쇄 공정을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다종 재료를 사용하여 양극판과 과녁을 제조한 후, 다시 전기도금 또는 마그네트론 스퍼터링(magnetron sputtering) 또는 진공증착 공정을 이용해 상기 기판 가공면 또는 단일재료층의 상방에 적층제를 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다종 재료의 혼합 입체 성형 방법.
