Claims (7)
- 모재, 상기 모재상에 형성된 도금층 및 상기 모재와 도금층 사이에 형성된 점착층을 포함하며, 상기 점착층은 주상 구조(columnar structure)인 것을 포함하는 밀착성이 우수한 도금 강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 다공성(porosity)인 밀착성이 우수한 도금 강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 두께는 0.5㎛ 초과인 밀착성이 우수한 도금 강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 Zn, Al, Si, Cr, Ni, Ti, Nb 및 Mo로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 밀착성이 우수한 도금 강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 도금층은 Zn 도금, Al 도금, Ni 도금, Mg 도금, Zn-Mg 합금 도금, Al-Mg 합금 도금, Zn-Ni 합금 도금, Zn-Fe 합금 도금, Zn-Mg-Al 합금 도금으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상의 도금층인 밀착성이 우수한 도금 강판.
- 모재를 준비하는 단계;
상기 모재 상에 건식 도금 방식을 이용하여 주상 구조(columnar structure)를 포함하는 점착층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 점착층 상에 도금층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 밀착성이 우수한 도금 강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 건식 도금 방식은 화학적 기상 증착 방법 또는 물리적 기상 증착 방법인 밀착성이 우수한 도금 강판의 제조방법.
