Claims (16)
- 스테인레스 강판의 적어도 일면에 투명 잉크를 분사하여 인쇄 도막층을 형성하는 단계 및
상기 인쇄 도막층을 자외선 경화하여 경화된 인쇄 도막층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄 도막층을 형성하는 단계 이후에, 상기 인쇄 도막층을 상온에서 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 0초 초과 2초 이하의 시간 동안 수행되는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄 도막층을 형성하는 단계 이전에, 상기 스테인레스 강판의 표면을 플라즈마로 처리하는 전처리 단계를 더 포함하는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분사는 잉크젯 프린트 또는 레이저 프린트에 의해 수행되는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분사는 투명 잉크를 분사하는 속도가 1 내지 20 kHz인 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경화된 인쇄 도막층은 두께가 1 내지 20 ㎛이며, 광택도는 60°기준으로 3 내지 50인 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경화된 인쇄 도막층은 평균 직경이 0.5 내지 3 ㎛인 기포를 포함하는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 적어도 일면에 칼라 도막층이 형성된 강판을 준비하는 단계;
상기 칼라 도막층의 상부에 투명 잉크를 분사하여 인쇄 도막층을 형성하는 단계 및
상기 인쇄 도막층을 경화하여 경화된 인쇄 도막층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄 도막층을 형성하는 단계 이후에, 상기 인쇄 도막층을 상온에서 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 5초 이상의 시간 동안 수행되는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄 도막층을 형성하는 단계 이전에, 상기 칼라 도막층의 표면을 플라즈마로 처리하는 전처리 단계를 더 포함하는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 분사는 잉크젯 프린트 또는 레이저 프린트에 의해 수행되는 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 분사는 투명 잉크를 분사하는 속도가 1 내지 20 kHz인 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 칼라 도막층은 건조 도막 두께가 1 내지 30 ㎛이며, 광택도는 60°기준으로 5 내지 90인 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 경화된 인쇄 도막층은 두께가 0.5 내지 30 ㎛이며, 광택도는 60°기준으로 60 내지 110인 투명 패턴 프린트 강판 제조 방법.
