Claims (15)
- 회전축 시일로서:
중앙축 및 내면을 형성하는 개구를 가지는 환형체;
적어도 부분적으로 환형체 내부에 위치하고, 방사방향으로 연장되어 환형체 및 환형체의 개구에 배치되는 축 사이에 시일을 형성하는 밀봉 요소; 및
적어도 밀봉 요소 일부를 방사방향으로 편향시키는 편향 요소를 포함하는, 회전축 시일. - 회전축 시일로서:
중앙축을 형성하고, 유지 요소를 가지는 환형체;
적어도 부분적으로 환형체 내부에 배치되는 밀봉 요소; 및
적어도 플랜지형 밀봉 요소 일부를 방사방향으로 편향하는 편향 요소를 포함하는, 회전축 시일. - 회전축 시일로서:
중앙축을 형성하고, C-형상의 단면을 가지는 환형체; 및
적어도 부분적으로 환형체 내부에 배치되고, U-형상의 단면을 가지는 밀봉 요소를 포함하는, 회전축 시일. - 제3항에 있어서, 회전축 시일은 개구를 통해, 직경 10 mm 이하의 축을 수용하는, 회전축 시일.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환형체는 C-형상의 단면을 가지는, 회전축 시일.
- 선행 항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 환형체는 외부 부재를 형성하고 외부부재는 제1 단 및 제2 단, 외부 부재의 제1 단 인근에 배치되고 외부 부재로부터 방사방향으로 내향 연장되는 제1 플랜지, 및 외부 부재의 제2 단 인근에 배치되고 외부 부재로부터 방사방향으로 내향 연장되는 제2 플랜지를 가지는, 회전축 시일.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제1 플랜지는 외부 부재로부터 측정될 때 방사방향 거리, D1 연장되고, 제2 플랜지는 외부 부재로부터 측정될 때 방사방향 거리, D2 연장되고, D1/D2 는 적어도 1.05인, 회전축 시일.
- 선행 항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 환형체는 개구의 중앙축에 동심이고 중앙축으로부터 환형체로 외향 연장되는 환형 공동을 형성하는, 회전축 시일.
- 제8항에 있어서, 밀봉 요소는 적어도 부분적으로 환형 공동 내부에 배치되는, 회전축 시일.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항-제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 밀봉 요소는 U-형상의 단면을 가지는, 회전축 시일.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항-제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 밀봉 요소는 V-형상의 단면을 가지는, 회전축 시일.
- 제3항에 있어서, 회전축 시일은 적어도 밀봉 요소 일부를 방사방향으로 편향하는 편향 요소를 더욱 포함하는, 회전축 시일.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항-제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 적어도 밀봉 요소 일부는 편향 요소 및 환형체 사이에 위치하는, 회전축 시일.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항-제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 편향 요소는 L-형상 단면을 가지는, 회전축 시일.
- 선행 항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 회전축 시일은 3000 mbar의 시스템 압력으로 실온에서 500,000 사이클로 측정될 때, 약 15 mL/min 이하, 예컨대 약 14 mL/min 이하, 약 13 mL/min 이하, 약 12 mL/min 이하, 약 11 mL/min 이하, 약 10 mL/min 이하, 약 5 mL/min 이하, 또는 약 2 mL/min 이하의 누출율을 가지는, 회전축 시일.
