Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 우레탄폼의 주요요소인 이소시아네이트와 폴리올이 함유되고 발포제, 난연제, 정포제, 사슬연장제, 용제, 촉매를 포함하여 구성된다.
폴리올은 알킬렌 옥사이드의 중합체인 폴리에테르 폴리올과 쇼트 글리콜을 함유한다.
이소시아네이트는 5~35중량%가 함유될 수 있다. 이소시아네이트가 11~22중량%가 함유되는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기 폴리에테르 폴리올을 5~15중량% 함유하고, 쇼트글리콜을 5~10중량% 함유하는 것이 바람직하며, 폴리에테르 폴리올을 8~12중량% 함유하고, 쇼트 글리콜을 3~7중량% 함유하는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기 발포제 2.5~12중량%가 함유될 수 있다. 발포제가 5~10중량%가 함유되는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기 난연제 15~30중량%가 함유될 수 있다. 난연제가 20~25중량%가 함유되는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기 정포제 0.5~3중량%가 함유될 수 있다. 정포제가 1~2중량%가 함유되는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기 사슬연장제 0.1~1.5중량%가 함유될 수 있다. 사슬연장제가 0.5~1중량%가 함유되는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기 용제 5~15중량%가 함유될 수 있다. 용제가 8~12중량%가 함유되는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기 촉매조성물 배합량은 0.01~5중량%가 함유될 수 있다. 촉매조성물 배합량이 1~3중량%가 함유되는 것이 더욱 바람직하다. 상기의 함유물들을 포함하여 구성된 우레탄품의 난연성과 단열성이 보완된 우수한 경질 폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법 및 조성물.
